Jason Panorama Villa 2 is a newly constructed property located on the outskirts of Skouloufia village in the Rethymno area, offering a spacious 108 square meters of living space, perfect for accommodating up to 7 guests. This beautiful holiday villa is adorned with stylish modern furnishings in light colors and provides a range of amenities, including a private pool (which can be heated for an additional local cost upon request), a shaded barbecue area with outdoor dining facilities, and a furnished sun terrace that provides stunning views of the Cretan Sea and the surrounding landscape.



Positioned just 1 kilometer away from the charming village of Skouloufia and approximately 17 kilometers from the renowned resort town of Rethymno, Jason Panorama Villa 2 is a brand-new property fully equipped to cater to all your vacation needs and desires.



The villa features a one-floor layout, making it suitable for guests with mobility concerns. Upon entering, you'll find a spacious living area with a sofa bed to accommodate the 7th person, as well as a dining area equipped with modern comforts, such as a flat-screen smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary appliances. Additionally, there are three bedrooms, with two of them featuring double beds and one with two single beds. Two bathrooms are available, with one of them designed to accommodate people with mobility issues. The villa is air-conditioned throughout and offers a high-speed Wi-Fi network.



Outside the villa, you'll discover a 32 square meter swimming pool, which can be heated upon request for the months of April, October, and November, at an additional cost of 50 euros per day, payable upon arrival. The pool area is adorned with sunbeds and umbrellas for your relaxation, and there's a barbecue area for outdoor cooking, as well as a covered veranda with patio furniture and a dining area.

Der Besitzer Jason hat 2 neue Häuser versetzt auf dem großen Grundstück. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und einen großen Wohn-/Essbereich. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und es gibt eine Waschmaschine. In den Zimmern ist überall Klima. Die Terrasse ist groß und besticht mit seinem Meerblick. Den Pool reinigt Jason alle 2 Tage. Wir hatten gutes Wetter. Es gilt zu beachten, dass die Anreise nur mit einem eigenen Auto möglich ist, die Fahrt zum Strand beträgt ca. 25min, da sich die Häuser im Hinterland befinden. Es war alles super.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr schön und perfekt für eine Familie geeignet. Der Vermieter ist sehr gastfreundlich und bemüht sich sehr den Aufenthalt zu einem echten Erlebnis zu machen.
