Jason Panorama Villa 2 is a newly constructed property located on the outskirts of Skouloufia village in the Rethymno area, offering a spacious 108 square meters of living space, perfect for accommodating up to 7 guests. This beautiful holiday villa is adorned with stylish modern furnishings in light colors and provides a range of amenities, including a private pool (which can be heated for an additional local cost upon request), a shaded barbecue area with outdoor dining facilities, and a furnished sun terrace that provides stunning views of the Cretan Sea and the surrounding landscape.



Positioned just 1 kilometer away from the charming village of Skouloufia and approximately 17 kilometers from the renowned resort town of Rethymno, Jason Panorama Villa 2 is a brand-new property fully equipped to cater to all your vacation needs and desires.



The villa features a one-floor layout, making it suitable for guests with mobility concerns. Upon entering, you'll find a spacious living area with a sofa bed to accommodate the 7th person, as well as a dining area equipped with modern comforts, such as a flat-screen smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary appliances. Additionally, there are three bedrooms, with two of them featuring double beds and one with two single beds. Two bathrooms are available, with one of them designed to accommodate people with mobility issues. The villa is air-conditioned throughout and offers a high-speed Wi-Fi network.



Outside the villa, you'll discover a 32 square meter swimming pool, which can be heated upon request for the months of April, October, and November, at an additional cost of 50 euros per day, payable upon arrival. The pool area is adorned with sunbeds and umbrellas for your relaxation, and there's a barbecue area for outdoor cooking, as well as a covered veranda with patio furniture and a dining area.



The villa provides breathtaking views of the Cretan Sea and the surrounding mountains, creating a tranquil environment for your relaxing and unforgettable holidays. To fully explore the highlights of the area and Crete, a car is considered essential for convenient short drives.

Ideal Villa for views

Clean and perfectly placed. Jason our host was extremely generous with his time, welcome gifts and many other items. The villa was extremely well kitted out and very comfortable. A fixing in the second shower for the shower head.

Sehr schöne und absolut ruhig gelegene Villa mit TOP-Aussicht

Wir hatten einen absolut fantastischen Aufenthalt in der Jason Panorama Villa 2! Die Villa ist wunderschön, neu (Baujahr 2022), modern eingerichtet und sauber. Das absolute Highlight ist die atemberaubende Rundum-Aussicht auf das Kretische Meer und die weißen Berge – und die absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre auf der Terrasse (keine Hunde in der Nähe...). Die Villa Nr. 1 nebenan stört nicht. Wenngleich wir denken, die Villa Nr. 2 ist die bessere Wahl. Die Fahrt nach Rethymno sowie zu Stränden im Norden dauert ca. 25 Minuten. An den tollen Stränden im Süden ist man in ca. 45 Minuten. Der private Pool war perfekt zum Entspannen, und der BBQ-Bereich hat unsere Abende abgerundet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer Jason, der uns sehr herzlich empfangen hat und jederzeit erreichbar war. Er reinigt jeden 2. Tag um 10.00 Uhr liebevoll den Pool. Leider spricht er kein Englisch oder Deutsch - es ging über Apps aber trotzdem gut zu kommunizieren. Er versorgte uns zudem mit einem tollen Willkommensgeschenk und Abschiedsgeschenk sowie mit Raki, Käse und Wein. Für Fragen und Anliegen war er stets zur Stelle und half immer sofort und unkompliziert weiter! Einfach super. Das unlimited GSM-Netz WIFI hatte ca. 20 Mbps DL-Speed und war sehr stabil, es ist für Remote Work gut geeignet. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder in diese tolle Villa von Jason. Gar nichts. Es war alles sehr gut! Beachten muss man eben, dass die Jason Panorama Villa 1 direkt nebenan ist.

Mit Meerblick und Pool, Sauber, Ruhig

Der Besitzer Jason hat 2 neue Häuser versetzt auf dem großen Grundstück. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und einen großen Wohn-/Essbereich. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und es gibt eine Waschmaschine. In den Zimmern ist überall Klima. Die Terrasse ist groß und besticht mit seinem Meerblick. Den Pool reinigt Jason alle 2 Tage. Wir hatten gutes Wetter. Es gilt zu beachten, dass die Anreise nur mit einem eigenen Auto möglich ist, die Fahrt zum Strand beträgt ca. 25min, da sich die Häuser im Hinterland befinden. Es war alles super.

Perfekter Urlaub mit der Familie.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr schön und perfekt für eine Familie geeignet. Der Vermieter ist sehr gastfreundlich und bemüht sich sehr den Aufenthalt zu einem echten Erlebnis zu machen.
