Welcome to Llandudno - where Snowdonia meets the sea! Whether you’re here to climb the biggest mountains in Wales, explore the beautiful Victorian piers and promenades of Llandudno, or just relax with a book on the beach - there really is something for everyone here.

The house is approximately a 15-minute walk from the centre of Llandudno. Get in touch with us for some restaurant or activity recommendations!

Have a lovely stay in this 2 BR apartment, full kitchen, living and dining area for four. Spent some time in the sun and feel the ocean breeze in the backyard.

Staying in? I am sure you have so much fun here, enjoy the three games in one pool table in the games room! It's free for you and your family to use.

Feel free to access and use my garden or the outdoor spaces. Please keep in mind that the garden up-keeping and treatment are scheduled once every 2 months.

Since we have greenery in our outdoor spaces, it's only natural to occasionally see small insects, etc. But please do not hesitate to reach out if this causes you inconvenience.

I want to make sure you have a pleasant, hassle-free stay! To ensure you have the best experience possible and to maintain the property and the good relationship with the community, here are additional house rules:

• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150

• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited

• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted

• A refundable security deposit of £500 will be pre-authorized and this will be refunded after check-out. Alternatively, you may opt to pay a non-refundable £35 damage waiver fee in lieu of the security deposit. This is via the verification platform SuperHog.
