Casa Canaiolo has 2 private balconies, one of which overlooks the large outdoor area shared with the other apartments in the structure. The outdoor area of "Casa Vacanze Alessandro" is equipped with a mini-pool with hydromassage, a sun terrace, a large patio and a barbecue, to spend moments of relaxation and conviviality in the open air between a refreshing bath, an aperitif, a barbecue under the clear sky of the uncontaminated countryside. The mini-pool is not heated so it is open and usable during the hottest season.

Street parking is permitted. The spaces in front of the house are subject to a fee from 9:00 to 20:00 (1 euro/hour or 6 euros for the whole day); Free parking spaces are available within walking distance of the house.
