The postcode is EX34 8FE. Leave the M5 at Junction 27 (Tiverton turn off) and follow the A361 towards Barnstaple and Braunton. After passing through Braunton proceed for a further 6 miles to Mullacott Cross roundabout. Continue straight ahead on the A361 (2nd left) towards Ilfracombe. Continue down the hill towards the town for approx. 1.5 miles until reaching a small roundabout. Take the 2nd left here, but keep to the left hand side filter lane at the Traffic lights. Turn left at the traffic lights on to Wilder Road. Follow this road down for 500 metres and just before the Lidl Supermarket, turn left on Brookdale Avenue. Then take the next right on Riversdale Avenue. Follow the road up to the junction and go straight across on to Granville Road. Follow the road up and along for approx. 400 metres where the Granville Point complex will be on your right hand side. The gated car park is just before the main building.
