Living room: Soft comfortable sofas. Large Smart TV, DVD, Electric fire, Patio door leading onto south facing decked balcony with far-reaching views of the town, coastline and surrounding countryside
Kitchen: Well equipped fitted kitchen with electric cooker, electric hob, integrated microwave, toaster, electric kettle, integrated dishwasher, American style fridge & freezer, variety of kitchen utensils and dining table with sitting for 4.
Utility area : Utility area with washer/dryer.
Bathroom : Bath with shower over, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 1 : Double bedroom with wardrobe, dressing table, bedsides, TV and patio door leading onto decked balcony. En-suite bathroom with shower cubicle, heated towel rail, WC and wash basin.
Bedroom 2 : Twin bedroom with two single beds, single wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Garden: South facing decked balcony off living room and master bedroom with garden furniture, providing impressive views over the sea, countryside and town.
Parking: Automatic gated secure private parking for 1 car.

Just a short stroll from Granville Heights is the historic harbour with Damien Hirst's ‘must see’ bronze sculpture 'Verity'. A range of independent shops, pubs, restaurants and the famous Landmark Theatre are all close by for your stay. Walkers will love this location, close to the Southwest Coast path and just a short drive to the splendour of Exmoor with its wonderful riverside, coastal and moorland walks. The spectacular coastline is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and has many sandy coves great for paddleboarding, sea swimming and exploring rock pools whilst within just a short drive away is the award winning beach at Woolacombe, which has miles of golden sands ideal for buckets and spades and surfing.
