Great stay- close to Metro

Rodrigo was very responsive to email; very simple 'check-in' picking up key very close by. A short walk to Oberkampf and Parmentier metro stops.

Perfect place for an authentic Parisian experience!

We enjoyed staying in a very friendly neighbourhood with cafés and restaurants at the nice little square and the Metro just around the corner. The place is in a quiet sidestreet and equipped with everything you need for a week in Paris. Communication with Rodrigo was perfect. We‘d love come back some day.

This VRBO was as advertised, and I recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable stay in a cute and convenient neighborhood in Paris.Pros:-Check in was very easy. Rodrigo communicated the pick-up location of the keys very well and was responsive to my messages.- Oberkampf, and the location of this apartment, was perfect. We didn't know much about the location before staying here, but there were a plethora of delicious bakeries, cafes, and restaurants nearby, and it was convenient to 3 different metro lines (less than a 5 minute walk to each). - The neighborhood was lively but the street itself was quiet and there was no noise from the street.- The kitchen was well stocked with basics (plates, cutlery, wine glasses, cooking utensils) and the microwave was also an oven! That was a nice surprise, as we were able to actually cook.-The mattress was surprisingly comfortable. -The apartment seemed to have been cleaned recently, and was well taken-after.Cons:- The unit was a bit dingy (not unclean, but worn down in some ways). For instance, the towels were quite thin and grey.-The hot water was limited. We got about 20 minutes at one time, so one person showered in the morning and one in the evening. This was annoying, but once we figured it out, we worked around it.- The shower was also strangely elevated--probably about 1 foot or 1.5 feet off the ground. We were able to get in and out fine, but if you have mobility issues, be forewarned.

Die Matratze war etwas zu hart für uns. Ansonsten war alles super: Tolle Gegend, nettes Haus, tolles Flair und alles Nötige war im Haushalt vorhanden.

Die Wohnung war sauber, die Dusche zu klein. Die Lage ist klasse und di Umgebung war sehr angenehm, sehr gute Einkaufs- und Ausgehmöglichkeiten. Durch die Lage in der kleinen rue Ternaux ist es einigermaßen ruhig, wenn keine Baustellenarbeiten stattfinden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war gut.

Appartement très bien situé dans un quartier vivant, avec de nombreux commerces à proximité. Station de métro à 5 minutes à pied. Bars sympas et restaurants aux alentours.
