Elegant apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, built in 2023, which can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 adults + 2 children under 14 years age.
The high-quality furnishings and the fine materials used will captivate you, wrapping you in the full comfort of the modern Alpine style.
The property consists of two double bedrooms with separable beds, two bathrooms equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and bidet, a bright living room with a kitchenette and two single sofa beds, and a balcony overlooking the surrounding mountains.
The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, dishes, and cutlery.
You will have a lovely balcony at your disposal, so you can enjoy your vacation in the Dolomites outdoors as well.
The apartment is located on the second floor, also accessible by elevator.
Free Wi-Fi, linens, and towels are provided.

Apartments LaBar offers its guests apartments in a building built in 2023, at the entrance of Ortisei in Val Gardena.
The location is strategic for visiting Val Gardena and all the surrounding areas, as the bus stop is located right in front of the house. With it, you can comfortably reach the center of Ortisei in a few minutes, alternatively, you can also enjoy a relaxing 20-minute walk approximately. There you will also find the first shops, supermarkets, and other relevant services.
In winter, the free ski bus, which stops in front of the house, will allow you to reach the Ortisei Dolomiti Superski facilities in a few minutes.
In summer, the first trails start right behind the house, and with free public transport, you can also reach other hiking destinations.
For the delight of families with children, you will find two public playgrounds and a riding school within 200 meters from the house.
Please note that pets are NOT allowed.
The same building houses the namesake restaurant / pizzeria, also built in 2023, which boasts a quality kitchen, delicious breakfasts, and the opportunity to relax with a drink.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
