6 person holiday home in Ebeltoft

Modern cottage with lovely scenic location a short distance to Elsegårde Beach. The cottage has a good amount of light with large windows, which means that the beautiful nature can be enjoyed both outside and inside. The house is modernly furnished and offers a kitchen in open connection with the living room, where you can naturally gather and enjoy the company. The house is a low energy house with good insulation and heat pump in good quality. Outside there is a nice large terrace where you can gather around the grill or use the good space in the garden for play and games. When the dew falls, the evening can be enjoyed under the covered terrace. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Wir hatten Sonne über den ganzen Tag ( ca, 20 Grad ), Das Haus steht auf einem großen Rasengrundstück ohne Bäume, Es verfügt über ein Oberlicht ohne Verdunklungsmöglichkeit ( z, B, Rollladen ) und über eine große Fensterfront bis in den Giebel, Lediglich im unteren Bereich sind Innenrollos angebracht, Das Haus heizt sich bei diesen Wetterbedingungen auf ca, 45 Grad auf, Im Außenbereich fehlen Markise oder Sonnensegel, Gartenmöbel und Grill sind in gutem Zustand vorhanden, / Die Küche ist mit viel Geschirr und Besteck gut ausgestattet, allerdings sind Pfanne ( Unterseite ) und Kochfeld Ölreste eingebrannt und nicht mehr zu entfernen, Die Fensterflächen waren bei der Anreise unsauber, Dies haben wir dem örtlichen Dan Center mitgeteilt, das darauf hin eine Kompensation vorsah ( Gegenrechnung gegen Stromverbrauch, Rest soll überwiesen werden ),
