lovely bottom-floor apartment with communal pool parking and a 5-minute walk to the beach perfect if you want everything on the doorstep
This apartment compromises a nice size kitchen fully equipped with everything you need with a small interior courtyard adjoining to hang laundry etc,
you have a lovely dining living space with ac and heating that opens up onto a small terrace area straight out onto the communal pool to enjoy some sun (Open seasonally from June 15 to September 30)
this apartment has 2 bedrooms 1 of which has a double bed fully equipped with ac, heating, a window on to the pool, and a built-in wardrobe the other is fully equipped also with ac, heating, a window out to the courtyard, and a built-in wardrobe.
there is a large bathroom with a bath and showerhead nicely finished.
you have lots of bars, restaurants, and shops with in 3 minutes walk
