Peirson House is perfectly situated in a very central location to all the local amenities that Plymouth has to offer. The historic Barbican with its individual boutiques and cafes along narrow cobbled streets is only a 9 minute walk away.
The Hoe and its stunning iconic lighthouse and panoramic sea views is an 8 minute walk away. The famous Theatre Royal is only across the road from the apartment and has shows all year round that come to Plymouth from all over the country.
