Villetta Paduli is a holiday home with large outdoor spaces, immersed in the enchanting Salento countryside and near the 358 coast road (Otranto-Leuca) which connects the seaside cities of the Adriatic coast, a 10-minute drive from Santa Maria di Leuca.

THE LOCATION


Villetta Paduli is located in a predominantly rural environment and away from the traffic. The area falls within the Costa Otranto S.M.di Leuca Regional Natural Park area, a protected natural area that aims to conserve and recover animal and plant species and safeguard environmental sustainability.

A 5-minute drive you can reach the sea, in particular the suggestive Ciolo cove, with its characteristic bridge that offers a suggestive sea view, or even Santa Maria di Leuca full of equipped beaches and various activities that will make your stay unique .

Finally, the nearest town, Gagliano del Capo is only 5 km away and is well served by all the main commercial activities (supermarkets, pharmacy, petrol station, bank, gyms, etc.).

THE HOUSE


Villetta Paduli is about 70 square meters large inside, is equipped with air conditioning (located in the triple bedroom) and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. The house consists of:

- living room with dining table, TV and sofa;
- equipped kitchen, complete with crockery and the main cooking accessories;
- two large and comfortable bedrooms, one double and one triple (double bed + single bed, with en-suite bathroom);
- full bathroom with shower and washing machine.

EXTERNAL AREA


Villetta Paduli has large, equipped and comfortable outdoor spaces for you to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding nature to the fullest.

A wooden patio furnished with a dining table and various seats, and a comfortable wood-burning barbecue will allow you to organize tasty barbecues and eat meals in the open air and away from the sun.

There is also a small play area for children where they can play and have fun, and a couple of deck chairs to relax.

Finally, at guests' disposal there is an outdoor shower and a convenient private and fenced parking.

The house is completely fenced, ideal for welcoming your pets (by prior arrangement, on request).

As already mentioned, Villetta Paduli is immersed in the green Salento countryside, near the Otranto-Leuca coast road: a panoramic road close to the sea, one of the most beautiful in Italy with its enchanting cliffs, inlets and sea caves.

Traveling by car, bike or motorbike, this enchanting view of the sea will give you unique and exciting moments thanks to its sensational landscapes.

For lovers of walking and trekking we suggest some paths of great cultural interest, such as the "Vie del Sale" (link), and "Il Sentiero delle Cipolliane" (link), a suggestive path overlooking the sea, about 3 km, which connects the Marina di Novaglie to the Ciolo bridge.

In addition to hiking, other interesting activities can be practiced: in the Marina di Novaglie or Sanata Maria di Leuca it is possible to practice snorkelling, sport fishing, scuba diving to discover the beautiful seabed and clear waters of the Adriatic coast, boat trips to visit the beautiful caves, and much more.

Finally, from Villetta Paduli it is possible to reach other places of interest such as Marina Serra (14 km), famous for its enchanting natural swimming pool, Tricase Porto (17 km) with its small port and beach and the Ionian side with its beaches sandy (about 12 km).
