THE ARMONY OF VILLA RESTA

Villa Resta is located in Located in the highest and most scenic area of the of Marina di Novaglie, an excellent position on the Adriatic side, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view, about 9 km from Santa Maria di Leuca.
Villa Resta can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests and consists of the confortable and recently renovated house, the outdoor pace, the large garden and private car park inside the property.

The villa stand on a plot of approximately 3,000 square meters that includes the house, the terrace, the large garden and private car park inside the property. The road that leads to the house is private, only shared with the neighboring houses.

THE HOUSE

The house has been recently refurbished and it is comfortable and welcoming. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with shower and a living area with full kitchen.
Villa Resta can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

SLEEPING AREA

The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms and a complete bathroom with shower.
There are a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (the beds can be joined together to compose a double bed) and a twin or single bedroom (as needed) with a bunk or single bed.

LIVING AREA

The living room has large glass doors that open onto the terrace and patio where to enjoy the beautiful view of the Adriatic coast.
The living area includes a fully equipped masonry kitchen, with marble shelves, electric oven, gas hob, fridge /freezer, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils for cooking (crockery, cutlery, trays, pots, pots, glasses).

The living room also includes a relaxing corner with sofa and fireplace, equipped with TV and dining table.

The house has air conditioning (hot and cold), between the living area and the sleeping area, enough to cool or heat the whole house.

Villa Resta it is arranged to live it all the year, it's cool during the summer and heated during the winter.

THE OUTDOOR SPACE

The large outdoor space is the perfect place to spend pleasant hours outdoors. Whether you are relaxing or reading a book under the covered veranda or hammock, organize outdoor lunches and dinners, or even better a delicious aperitif in the botanical garden with large stone table and admire the sea view.

VERANDA- BARBECUE AREA WITH STONE OVEN - GARDEN - OUTDOOR STONE SHOWER - PARKING

The veranda has been designed to allow you to spend pleasant moments outdoors, staying away from the weather. The patio next to the veranda is equipped with deckchairs and sun loungers, while the barbecue area has a beautiful stone oven (ideal for cooking bread, pizzas, the typical frise salentine) available on request, and a barbecue to organize a tasty barbecue.

Next to the barbecue there is a beautiful stone shower, with internal seat. 

The large terraced garden has different characteristic places. Small paths around the house to discover the surrounding nature with multiple varieties, relaxation corner with swing and hammock, botanical garden with stone table, aromatic herbs scattered throughout the villa to delight and flavor your kitchen.

All the environment is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and the beautiful sea view and panoramic, sensational environment for those who love to live in nature and near the sea.  

Finally, the villa has private enclosed parking within the property.

Air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, complete linen service (sheets and towels), satellite TV, hairdryer, stone oven (available on request with an extra charge), barbecue, outdoor shower, hammock, sun loungers, garden furniture.

MARINA DI NOVAGLIE AND THE SURRONDINGS AREA

Villa Resta is well located, with the sea just 600 meters away, the nearest supermarket is about 500 meters. In Gagliano del Capo or in Corsano (about 4 km) there are many services available including supermarkets, pharmacies, petrol stations, fish shops, fruit and vegetables, banks, tobacco.

INTERESTING ACTIVITIES

From Marina di Novaglie you can rent kayaks, organize boat trips to see the caves along the coast and guided diving to explore the clear waters. Otherwise you can take a walk along the beautiful "Sentiero delle Cipolliane" overlooking the sea.

Marina di Novaglie offers a wonderful protected swimming area for adults and children. Other interesting places in the neighbourhood are Ponte Ciolo, Marina Serra, Tricase Porto, Santa Maria di Leuca and the Maldive del Salento.
