Awesome location, less than ideal stay. Bathrooms are dated and mildewy/moldy. The kitchen is full of pots and pans but only 1 stainless steel one, all the others are non stick that are literally peeling inside, that's a serious health hazard. No cleaning supplies, the vacuum did not work. Goat hair shedding off bench smelly dirty rug. The outdoor area has water stagnant from draining not only this flats sinkswasher shower, but from other flats too. Overall the stay was stressful because the level of uncleanliness. I would not recommend until there are major updates. Definitely ask many questions before you book.
The unit reeks of dampness as soon as you walk into the unit. There is mold in several places, including the water dispenser in the fridge. The back patio was completely unusable and looks nothing like what was promised in the pictures. The cleaning crew left wet mops in the laundry room (which stunk and were quickly thrown on the patio) and the washing machine was buried behind extra carpets and vases. Then there were the mouse droppings on the kitchen counter. The icing on the cake was on our second to last day, an actual mouse entered the premises via a crack around the patio door molding. It was too much of a hassle for us to find another place once we were there so we summed up the issues at the end of our stay and requested a discount, but the management was completely against any discount at all.
