Apartment situated in the Parco Agricolo del Sud Milano, 10 km from the Milan city center, easily reachable via public transport (train station at 10’) or via bike lane. Interest points in the surrounding are “Navigli”, the “Brera” district and the fashion district “Quadrilatero della moda”. The nearest airport is Milan Linate, 6 km apart.
Nearby there is also the hospital Policlinico San Donato.
The area has a rich historical heritage, being the site of the famous Giant’s Battle and with many cultural sites in the surrounding the Viboldone Abbey, Rocca Brivio, and a medieval castle in Melegnano. Sehr gut ausgestattete und auch sehr saubere Wohnung in einem großen Gebäudekomplex ("ParkCity") im Vorort San Giuliano Milanese. Die gesamte Anlage ist gut gepflegt und unmittelbar neben einem großen Park gelegen.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Esselunga u.a.) auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter.Wir empfehlen die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter.
