Modern and spacious apartment, ideally situated in the heart of Rome's city center! Just behind Piazza Navona, with Campo de Fiori right across the street, and with convenient bus stops right outside the building, this centrally positioned accommodation serves as an excellent base for exploring the vibrant city. You'll have easy access to Rome's famous landmarks and attractions. Recently renovated and thoughtfully decorated, this apartment effortlessly combines modernity with timeless charm, providing an inviting and stylish abode for your Roman journey.



Located on the second floor (please note that there is no elevator), the apartment features two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, a spacious living room, and an entrance area with a dedicated workspace.

Living Room: The living room provides ample space for relaxation and entertainment, thoughtfully designed with a cozy seating area featuring a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV for your entertainment needs. The large dining table is perfect for sharing meals and creating lasting memories. Additionally, a spacious library, which can be illuminated with LED lights in various colors, sets a captivating ambiance in the living room. Equipped with AC.

Bedrooms: The master bedroom is spacious, offering a comfortable double bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and a stunning view of Rome's ancient palaces.

The second bedroom, though slightly smaller, features a cozy queen-size bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for our guests.



Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen caters to all your culinary endeavors, offering an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, and an induction stove. Great location and helpful host

My father and I loved the apartment. The location was perfect. We were less than a minute from a bus stop, and the surrounding area had great restaurants, shops, and a grocery market right around the corner. The accommodations were comfortable, and our hostess was easy to get in touch with and friendly.

Awesome Location

Loved our stay, very comfortable apartment. Restaurants, grocery, taxi stand, and bus station within a very short walk. Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Jewish Ghetto, Campo de Fiori and river were easy walks. St Peter's is less than a mile. Simona was great and very helpful. I will definitely stay again if I ever return.

This place was great! Good location. Lots of room to spread out. Washer and dryer. Clean, soft, fluffy towels. Soft, clean, good linens. Slippers for all was a reality nice touch! Would recommend!!

Visit with my daughter studying in Rome

We spent 4 nights in Rome since my daughter is studying abroad there. This flat was a great location with many things to do within walking distance. Found some incredible restaurants that were not touristy and the food was fantastic.

Great Location, Fantastic Service

Well furnished apartment close to desirable sites and city transportation. The apartment was clean, well furnished with lots of room. The service was impeccable. We had an Internet issue that was immediately addressed. I would highly recommend this rental.

So easy to walk to almost everything. The Piazza Navona area is ideal for its restaurants, shopping, and site seeing. In addition to the beautiful Piazza Navona, you’re steps from Campo di Fiori, the Pantheon, and the river—across from which is Trestevere, with all of its restaurants. The apartment is clean and comfortable, and no issues at all. Check in was easy as was the check out. Highly recommend this rental,

Would definitely stay again

Maria was an incredible host! And Simona was just as wonderful and friendly. The apartment was clean and perfect! We loved the location, nestled just minutes away from Campo di Fiori and Piazza Navona but also loved all the shops and restaurants literally steps away from our front door. Grocery store, pharmacy and taxi stand right on the corner. Thank you Maria and Simona for everything!

Great location

This apartment was exactly what we needed! Great location within walking distance to the tourist areas, and several wonderful restaurants just a two to three minute walk. I was a little worried about the noise, but being on second floor, we heard just a little bit of noise, but it was not enough to keep us awake, and I'm usually a light sleeper. The property manager met us and showed us around. The apartment was spacious enough, although the shower was a bit small. Highly recommend

Super clean

This unit was a clean 2 bedroom unit. Both beds were very comfortable. They provided a few coffee pods which was very much appreciated. The only thing i would add is a few mirrors outside the bathroom. This unit provided everything we needed.

In the Historic Center, close to everything!

It is in an older building. Nevertheless it is very well kept with modern amenities and decor. There is no elevator and the stairs are quite steep, and the second bedroom has a sofa bed, not a bed. It is very clean and well equipped. Hosts responded quickly to our issues and helped us out every time. It is within walking distance to many attractions, it it makes it a bit noisy. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Nice spacious apartment

Aside from construction next-door, which included hammering a lot of the day which the landlord did not know about. And there was a problem with the floorboards that had been lifted up by water from the shower so they had to repair that while I was there that was unfortunate. But other than that, it's a nice place with a nice kitchen And I would recommend the location very much.
