Stay at StayInLisbon Chiado - Ferragial, and experience one of Lisbon’s most vibrant and central neighbourhoods - steps from the river, transport, culture, and dining.

- Time Out Market (350 m), Chiado (450 m)
- Praça do Comércio (550 m), Tram nº 28 nearby
This location is ideal for guests who want to explore Lisbon mostly on foot and enjoy the energy of a lively city centre.
The Space:
- Where possible all works and furniture have been sourced by local artists and craftsman
- We tried to maintain some of the original apartment designs
- Bedrooms:
2x twin 90cm * 200cm, (2 ft 11 in × 6 ft 7 in)
1x king 160cm * 200cm (5 ft 3 in × 6 ft 7 in)
all fitted with USB chargers for your devices
2x complimentary baby cots and one high chair can be provided upon request
- Toys available on request
- 2 common bathrooms
- Kitchen with everything you need for a home cooked meal or breakfast
- Free parking included - Space Dimensions: 5.24m x 2.36m (17.2ft x 7.7ft) 📏 Garage Ceiling Height: 2.2m (7.25 ft)🏢, see pics.
Guest Access:
The entire apartment is yours to enjoy. Check-in is typically done in person, where you’ll receive the keys, a walkthrough of the apartment, and an introduction to the neighbourhood and city. Self check-in may be available depending on circumstances. Parking Availability: We offer free exclusive guest parking, let us know in advance if you need access, and we'll provide the necessary instructions including car rental dealership recommendation.
The Neighborhood:
Benefit from the best of both worlds. The apartment is located between the overly touristic areas and those areas where still more locals live and mingle. For the local feel around the apartment, during the day you can see commuters coming in through the nearby ferry port of Cais do Sodre, visit Time Out Market and Mercado da Ribeira the main fruit, vegetable, meat and poultry market. You got local restaurants, I visited with my parents when I was a child and you can enjoy the bars and nightlife of Pink Street nearby, a lively area that brings energy to the neighbourhood, particularly in the evenings and at night. At the same time you are at the edge of our historical sights that are all within 5-15 min walking and 1 min away from one of the notorious tram 28 stops. You also can easily access tram 25, 18 and 24 our local favourites!
Getting Around:
The closest public transport hubs are Cais do Sodre or (Baixa)/Chiado. Tram 28 stops around the corner and Rossio (for Sintra) is a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Corpo Santo Square has several trams and busses stop to connect you easily anywhere in the city. There is two paid underground parking 5 minutes from the apartment.

• 📍 Central Location & Night-Time Noise. This 3rd floor home (accessed both via lift or stairs) is located nearby a lively, central area close to bars, restaurants, and riverfront venues 🌆 As is typical of vibrant city centres, street activity and music may be heard at night, particularly in the blue twin bedroom, which faces the street. Guests who are sensitive to noise, or travelling with infants 👶, are advised to use the double bedroom or orange twin bedroom, which are quieter and preferred by families. Earplugs are provided for adult guests 😌If you require a completely quiet environment throughout the night in the entire home, this property and location may not be suitable.
• 🧸 Family-Friendly Stay. Families with children of all ages are welcome 💛 Family amenities (baby cot, high chair, toys) are available on request. We previously lived in this apartment with our own children (5 and 1) for several months a year, including an infant, prior to relocating to Lisbon full-time 🏡 A public playground near Time Out Market is within walking distance 🛝
• Luxurious Amenities 🛏 Cotton sheets, duvets, and towels included 🧺 Final cleaning included, optional cleaning, linen changes, and fresh towels available for stays longer than 7 nights
