We have another 2-bedroom apartment available on the same floor - LV Premier Baixa PR2.The LV Premier Baixa Apartments - PR1 is perfect for those who want to be in the historic area of the city, close to all attractions, and at the same time looking for modern and fully equipped apartments. Our balcony is perfect for enjoying the afternoon breeze and experiencing city life. The decor is practical and functional. The location cannot be beaten: everything is just a few steps away. The elevator makes it perfect after a hard day of tourism. The LV Premier Baixa holiday apartment - PR1 has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other can be prepared as 2 single beds or a king-size bed), a comfortable living room with dining area, a separate kitchen, and a new bathroom. Street-facing windows have double glazing for greater comfort. Like all our properties, it features our registered LV Premier bed, with crisp sheets and cozy duvets that will ensure a perfect night's sleep. Bath towels: includes soft and luxurious cotton and hygiene items for your first day. The apartment has air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen.Take into account: Automatic check-in available. Assisted check-in between 10 PM and 8 AM - Supplement of 60 euros. Stays longer than 9 nights include weekly cleaning. Do not disturb neighbors, especially with noise after 10:30 PM. Several parking lots nearby. When the number of booked guests exceeds the number of beds, we provide folding beds or a sofa bed. These can be installed in bedrooms or in the living room. Amazing, clean, comfortable apartment in a great location. Blocks from the metro, buses, and the trams, including the iconic 28. Lots of shopping nearby and all the restaurants you could want. Great trip and great spot. Note that it is in a pedestrian only area, so you will have to walk a few blocks to get from any mode of transport.

Apartment was really clean! We checked in on a Sunday and had some flight delays and they were good with communication and available when we dropped our bags. Amazing view on a quieter road right by endless amounts of restaurants and cafes. Had an elevator which was great for big luggage. Balcony lets you see the ocean right when you wake up!

Great accomodation and great location. Next to a multitude of restaurants and shops, but still quiet at night. 2 minor issues. Chair in living room is damaged and needs repair and would have helped to have information regarding garbage disposal as we were tgere for a week. Also, location of a mini-market a blick away would have been useful.

Great place

Location: Great. Quiet street with very few cars. There was a tram, but with the windows closed we couldn't hear it. 4th floor with an elevator. the apartment was close to everything, and we walked almost everywhere. Balcony was nice but small. The apartment was large with 2 BR, a kitchen, bath, and living/dining room. Large windows/doors made it nice to open up to get the cool breeze. Kitchen was well equipped and met our needs to cook. The host was very responsive and helpful when we arrived. We would rent this place again, and probably will!

Best Location Ever!

Heart of the downtown waterfront area. Restaurants around every corner of every block. Darling balcony for morning coffee and view of the ocean. Elevator to the 4th floor - thank god! Perfect.

Very high value provided in July 2024 (4th floor appartement): Ideal location in the middle of "everything" in Lisbon, great starting point also for locations outside of the city: central to 3 train stations, 3 metro st., Uber hot spot, trams and buses, city walks and all major sights. Very clean, comfortable and 100% description accurate accomodation privided, fully suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids. 100% online booked and checked in, including all payments. Online staff super kind, responsive and all instructions were accurate. Would book again for my family when next time in Lisbon.

Nice Apartment in great location

Apartment overlooked the quiet street of Rua da Prata and a few blocks from the water. Located in Baixa, and minutes from great restaurants, shopping, Praca do Comercio, the train station, Metro, Santa Justa Lift, Castelo De Sao Jorge,... Apartment was perfect for two people with large living/dining room, kitchen with washer & dryer (didn't use), large refrigerator, dish washer, and coffee pot. The building got loud at times but not super annoying. We would stay here again

Top Lage im Zentrum. Schöne und grosse Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet - es fehlt nichts. Alle Zimmer haben ihre eigene Klimaanlage und sind schön eingerichtet. In der Umgebung findet man sehr gute Restaurants und alles ist in der Nähe. Wenn man Fragen hat, werden diese sofort per WhatsApp beantwortet. Auch die Zugangscodes wurden per WhatsApp übermittelt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft gut empfehlen.

Great Lisbon Property

This stay was fabulous! The apartment was very clean, quiet, comfortable, well equipped, beautifully maintained and a super location. The beds were comfy. The kitchen, dining room, bedrooms and bathroom were all lovely. The people assisting us with our stay including luggage storage before our check-in were wonderful to work with and gave us super support. Thank you!!!

Great apartment

Beautiful apartment with lots of space including large common room 2 good sized bedrooms and an adequate sized well outfitted kitchen. Location is great except the street is being torn up and signs suggested this will be going on until October. This resulted in Uber not being able to get to the door and a few blocks walk with bags and also a fairly significant sewage smell on the tiny balcony or if the windows were open

Perfect Locationr

I can't imagine a better location for visiting Lisbon. We were able to walk to an endless number of sites from our apartment. The apartment had everything we needed, along with a little balcony that made us feel that, even when we weren't walking the city, we were in the middle of things. Wonderful!

Overall good stay

The apartment is in a terrific location and nicely stocked. We were disappointed the landlord did not disclose to us the street in front of the unit was torn up for construction for several blocks, especially since we mentioned we were driving to the apartment and had a lot of luggage. Additionally, the construction site was emitting a foul sewage smell, so we could not open the windows and had to run the air conditioner to rid the unit of the smell. The landlord was aware of this before our arrival, as it was mentioned in a recent review posted after we booked. When this issue was mentioned to the landlord, she indicated she would let management know, but we did not receive any follow up. The bedrooms are smaller than the pictures lead you to believe, though beds were super comfortable and bed linens of good quality. We would have enjoyed our stay if not for the construction and smell.

Great place - construction currently

We really enjoyed staying here! The location was very convenient to all the restaurants, cafes and gelato shops. However, the cute street with a view of the water is not as nice right now with there being a large amount of construction right below you and down the street. It had some bad smells as well when we tried to enjoy the balcony. Overall, everything else was nice and as pictured. We extended our stay one night due to travel delays and our key code stopped working so that was inconvenient but they were fairly quick to respond and fix the issue. Their communication was good the entire stay. Would recommend but only if you’re okay with the construction changing the vibes. It wasn’t too noisy at night or mornings and we were gone during the day so not too much of an issue for us.

Small apartment in a great location to explore Lisbon

The apartment was in a perfect location to explore Lisbon, easily walkable to everything. Unfortunately, we were not told in advance that the street in front of the building has been closed for months for major repairs, and the streets on the other sides are pedestrian streets, so we had to be dropped off a block away - which would have been fine if we knew in advance. The other issue was that the street construction was very loud. The living room was large, but the bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen were quite small. Access to the building and apartment was very easy. The queen bedroom is right next to the elevator, so that makes it a little noisy. Having a washer and dryer and dishwasher was a great benefit. We appreciated the wine, water and snacks that the hosts left for us on our arrival. Wifi worked great.

There is a major transportation hub nearby with 3 subway/ metro stations, train, boat and buses within minutes of th apartment. We have a fabulous balcony with river views. All bedding and towels are of super high quality (goose down duvets/ Egyptian cotton).
