The Space:

Built on two levels, the vacation home is fully air-conditioned. The very quiet living room features comfortable sofas in a refined decoration with orchids and lovely beige colors. The adjacent dining room can accommodate up to six guests behind large sliding windows overlooking the terrace and the ocean view, a pleasant setup where you’ll feel a delightful sense of volume. Behind a breakfast bar, the spacious kitchen is well-equipped to prepare meals or snacks to be enjoyed around the table or on the terrace facing the stunning view.

Outside, there is a nice heated swimming pool surrounded by deckchairs for sunbathing sessions in the gentle sea breeze, as well as an outdoor lounge located under the covered area where you’ll love to talk and rest, in the heart of the tropical vegetation that brings both freshness and delight. In the evening, you’ll enjoy delicious grilled meat prepared on the barbecue at your disposal.

The vacation rental in St. Barthelemy is composed of three air-conditioned bedrooms located on the lower level. This luxury property is ideal for a family stay or for a couple wishing to spend a romantic stay in the Caribbean. It consists of an air-conditioned master bedroom opening onto an ocean view, furnished with a queen size bed and coming with an en-suite bathroom; this bedroom also features an original window overlooking the bottom of the swimming pool. There are two other air-conditioned and comfortably equipped bedrooms with queen size beds, both sharing a bathroom.

Other Things to Note:

1. On arrival, the villa team will take the details of the Tenant’s credit card to cover any damage that may occur during his stay in the property. If the Tenant finds damage in the property upon his arrival, he must immediately notify the villa team.

2. Daily housekeeping (excepts on Sundays and Public holidays) is included in the rental rate. The housekeeping does not include cleaning of personal belongings, which is on request, and paying.

3. Towels changed every two days

4. Beach towels changed every three days

5. Bed linen changed every three days

6. A minimum of 7 nights is required, shorter stay on request.
