The apartment has capacity for 6 people in 3 double suites with a private full bathroom each one, a dining area, a lounge area and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, coffee and tea makers and dishwasher. Other services provided are satellite TV, washing machine, dryer, iron, linens and towels.

- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
- Additional charges:
- Barcelona city tax 10,45€ per person per night (max 7 nights)
- Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.
