First floor flat five minute walk from Notting Hill Gate with garden views in the back. Lots of light and windows throughout the apartment. Open plan living… kitchen connects to the living room which connects to an office space up onto a deck.

One large bedroom, one small bedroom and one bathroom.

We loved our stay in Adam’s flat! He and Nona, the housekeeper, were super responsive and friendly. The flat is spacious and lovely, the neighborhood was charming, and it had super convenient access to the underground. It was a great find on a quiet block, but still close enough to the action. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great location

The location is great. Ony 5 minutes walking from the underground and bars and restaurants. Pricing of the apprtment is good. Disadvantage: the wifi was not working correct.

An immaculate flat in a very convenient yet quiet area

The flat is in a residential area just a minute from Notting Hill. It’s very clean and spacious. There is everything you need: kitchen utensils, towels, a washing machine, etc. Adam was always responsive to any questions, and Nona the housekeeper (from whom you’ll get the keys) was very friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend the flat to anyone visiting London.

This was a wonderful flat close to Tube station and rail lines. Cute shops near Notting hill gate, and 10 min walk to portobello rd market. Super comfortable with everything we needed. Adored the neighborhood. Quiet and friendly. They happened to be putting up scaffolding around the building during our stay but the noise was only from 8-12:00 and 13:00-15:30, M-F. We were usually out exploring then and the workers we super kind, so it wasn’t a big problem. Lighting and temperature was perfect and all facilities worked great. Communication with property management was timely and friendly. Easy checkin/checkout. Would def try to stay here again on next trip to London!

Best place I have stayed in the UK

Adam and Nona, super helpful. Place was spotless, very clean, very spacious, central with 3 mins walk to the Notting Hill Gate underground. Always hot water, very warm flat. It had everything, all the amenities are next to you, you are really just few mins away from Portobello road (so you beat the underground trips to go to the best location), and I will definitely book again for spring! Thank you so much for being so responsive to all my questions :)

Notting Hill is the best area in London and only gets better! The west village equivalent of New York! More and more places are opening up… amazing to walk around or walk to the park.
