Certainly is a cosy apartment. Plenty of space, nice, clean. Owner is awesome to work with. Delightful neighborhood, markets, community restaurants and tube stations very close by. Would recommend!

Robert is a lovely host. He communicates quickly to any questions and has prepared a well stocked flat. The location is quiet and in short walking distance two both the Picadilly and District underground lines making it easy to get to Central London. Highly recommend.

Eine sehr nette Wohnung in einem alten Reihenhaus

Die Wohnung liegt in West Kensington in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße, zwei Stationen der U-Bahn (unterschiedliche Linien) sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und kleine Restaurants sind ganz in der Nähe. Rob, der Vermieter, hat uns persönlich begrüßt und einiges erklärt. Fazit: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Perfect Stay

Loved our stay at this quaint flat. It was so well decorated, clean, comfortable, and an easy walk to restaurants and pubs nearby, as well as two tube stations. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen. Einziges Manko war die schlechte Matratze in einem recht kleinen Bett. Ansonsten gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Great apartment - Great location!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay in Roberts apartment. Beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Nice and quiet day and night- and easy stroll to the tube stations. Would recommend this as a perfect base to discover London and surrounding areas.

Great Location

The location is great. Straight shot from the airport using the underground and close to 2 different lines, groceries and stores makes it a great location. Very quite, safe neighborhood. Communication was great. We took a side trip to France with a late return. We had lost our US-UK power adapter and Robert was able to lend us one of his so we were able to use and recharge devices late that night when we returned. Very good customer service. The bed is small, no doubt about that. A double at best. Always fun to live like a local for a few days.

It is indeed a cosy apartment

Rob has done a great job of setting the scene in this one-bedroom apartment. Neat and tidy, with lots of interesting knickknacks. The kitchen is furnished well-enough for light cooking, and the laundry machine a definite bonus. The property is an easy walk from two underground stations (one on a direct line from Heathrow) and there are several pubs and take-out places nearby. We arrived on an early flight, and Rob was willing and able to let us in early (no one had the previous night booked). If we visit London again, we will definitely attempt to stay here.

Warm, comfortable flat in quiet area with easy access to the Tube and London.

The flat is decorated beautifully with many lovely and interesting things to look at. Plus it has a very comfortable bed and everything we needed. Great location too - a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the Tube and shops/restaurants. It was a perfect home base for our short tour of London! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Fantastic place!

We had a great time. Our host was more than gracious and welcoming and gave us everything we needed. The only only negative thing we saw was that the bathroom door doesn't latch shut properly, so if you're sharing the space with someone who you're not intimate with, that could be an issue. The location was great too, right in between 2 tube stops that are an easy walk to whatever line you might need to get to. And the bonjour brioche place and the corner was fantastic for breakfast.

Very Charming Apartment

The pictures don't give you the English Charm that the Apartment feels. Very cozy, great walking through neighborhood to get to 2 tube stops. Owner, Rob, met us at the place and very helpful with the local area. Great experience visiting London. Great place to stay.

Perfect location and apartment in Kensington

My wife and I stayed in this flat for four nights in November. There are several reasons for recommending this place. First: the location. You are in West Kensigton in an area well served by the underground lines Piccadilly (Barons Court) District and Circle (West Kensigton). If you arrive at Heathrow you can use the Piccadilly line directly. Second: the silence. The area is quiet with no traffic. At few minutes walking you can have many supermarkets where you can find all you need. Third: the apartment. It's really a gem. It's comfortable and cosy. There is a leaving room where you can enjoy a really elegant furniture. The kitchen is new and well equipped, even we choose to eat out every day.

The apartment is very tastefully decorated and was what one would expect of a London apartment. Everything we wanted was there including a lemon squeezer and coffee plunger. Rob has thought of everything. Lovely!

FANTASTIC

The apartment was beautiful. Very clean and comfortable. Robert the owner could not have been more helpful and kind. He was there for us if we had any questions, or needed anything. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay there again.
