Great place

The view on the mountains from the balcony is breathtaking. We loved our stay in this apartment. We had no difficulties finding the place or other things like that and the communication with the host was great. She was very welcoming. It is a 15-20min walk from the center town with slight hills. Since we had no car, we had to transport our grocery bags and luggage and after long hiking days that was a bit tiring, but other than that it was wonderful.

excellen localisation and very friendly and charming host

A simple but comfortable apartment for a group in Cortina, a convenient starting point for trips to the mountains. The apartment has all the necessary equipment for an extended stay. Fabia is a very friendly and welcoming host, meeting the needs of guests.

Cortina apartment

Excellent location as a base to explore around the Dolomites…clean, comfortable and great views of the mountains. It is within walking distance to town. It has all the amenities…we like the host, easy to communicate with. Highly recommended

Cozy apartment just minutes from town

Fabia was a delightful host. We had everything we needed. There is a small balcony overlooking town and the mountains where you can enjoy coffee. Great location for our hiking adventures that comes with a parking spot. We could walk in town and be anywhere in 15 minutes. Appreciated having a washing machine to clean our dirty hiking clothes. Highly recommend this cozy apartment!

Beautiful Cortina

Thank you Fabio and Fabia for a wonderful week in Cortina. The apartment was clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Not to forget the beautiful vistas from either balcony. We were there for road bike, and the location was perfect. We had enough room for bikes and all our gear. We hope to be back some day. Annie and Yvan from Canada

Very good accommodation for undemanding people

Beautiful Mountain View’s from the apartment

Fabia was very friendly and extremely responsive. The flat looks exactly as it appears in the photos. The balcony has an incredible and full view of the mountains. We home cooked all of our meals and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The temperature of the flat was well controlled and we stayed cosy all night. There is a lounge & dining table to socialise inside the flat. Please keep in mind that the flat is up 2 flights of stairs. This flat is an absolute gem, thank you so much to Fabia. We have been recommending friends and family to visit Cortina & stay here.

Great apartment in the heart of the Dolomites

This is a very good location. Cortina is central to a lot of good hiking and the unit is about a 10 minute walk from the city center. The owners were very helpful with planning our drives through the mountains. The apartment was very clean and has a great balcony with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. There is a table and chairs on the balcony and so we ate every meal there (thanks Fabia for the olive oil). There is a main road not far away and so there was some traffic noise but that was not a problem at all when we were inside. If you do go, scope out the town closely on Google maps beforehand so that you can find the address. The town is not large and is easy enough once you get your bearings but it has winding one-way roads that are not well marked. The owners were very professional to deal with and everything went very smooth

Très bon séjour avec un temps estival pour une découverte de Cortina . Très bon accueil par Fabia . Appartement très bien équipé et à quelques minutes du centre ville . Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse .

Appartement confortable bien situé au cœur des Dolomites.

Appartement confortable et accueil agréable de Fabia. Le nécessaire est prévu pour l'hygiène et collation. Merci. Équipement parfait ( machine à laver et lave vaisselle...) . Seule la cabine de douche n'est pas pratique du tout. Il manque un flexible pour la distribution de l'eau . Le seul point d'eau en hauteur est très inconfortable. Très calme malgré proximité de la route . Le coeur de ville est à 20mn à pied. Attention retour très pentu et accès à l'appartement par escalier équivalent 2 étages. Le balcon permet de prendre un rafraîchissement avec une vue splendide. Parfait pour un séjour de vacances montagnardes. Tout est sublime autour.

Tolle, sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit kleinen Defiziten.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Wanderurlaub und die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung hat ein paar Lücken, das WLAN ist immer wieder ausgefallen, aber es war ein ausgesprochen gemütliches Wohnen mit einem tollen Ausblick auf Cortina.

Fabulous apartment

Lovely top floor apartment with amazing views over Cortina, perfect for 2 people. Easy 4 minute stroll into town which is the most amazing place only minutes from Tofana cable car and near the road to falzarego.

Un sogno 😀

Un appartamentino da sogno con tutte le possibili immaginabili facilitazioni possibili. Due poggioli sulle montagne e sul centro di Cortina al quale si arriva con una passeggiata di 10 minuti. La cura di Fabia è davvero il top. Oltre alla pulizia impeccabile e alla lavastoviglie/lavatrice e forno, anche tutti i prodotti per le prime necessità dal caffè/te/zucchero all'olio o ai prodotti per la pulizia, compresi i sacchetti del pattume. Che dire? Grazie Fabia! 🌺... Non vediamo l'ora di tornare e ricominciare con i nostri aperitivi al tramonto o i nostri risvegli con il sole che rimbalza dal verde tutto intorno e dal grigio/rosa delle Dolomiti! A presto! The perfect stay for Cortina

We had a really great time here, location is perfect for doing hikes or biking. It is located in a quiet part of Cortina, but it's only a 10 min. walk to the centre. Fabia was very friendly and she made sure we had a great stay: cookies on arrival, hike/bike/ski maps on the table, interested but not intrusive and she left the apartment clean and neat. The apartment is really well equipped so had everything we needed. The pictures on the website make it look smaller than it actually is. All in all we had a perfect stay and couldn't ask for more.

Einfach, aber praktisch

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte. Sehr sauberes Objekt, ist jedoch in die Tage gekommen ist. Trotzdem war alles Notwendige da, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Dafür fehlte die Kaffeemaschine, war aber auch so angekündigt. Für 2 Pers. i.O.,für 4 zu klein. Duscheinstieg nur 35 cm, und auch das ansonsten bequeme und mit toller Matratze ausgestattete Franz. Bett war nur " sportlich" zu erreichen, da der Schlafraum sehr klein ist. Dafür gibt es aber einen kleinen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Fazit: geeignet für normal proportionierte Gäste, ansonsten wird es eng. 2 Balkone, jeweils Nord-und Südseite, ergänzten das Platzangebot.

Indimenticabile

L'appartamento, piccolo ma funzionale, è dotato di tutte le necessità. È situato in posizione privilegiata, fuori dal centro raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi. Ha un terrazzo con vista invidiabile sul Sorapis, Antelao a sinistra e Tofane a destra. L'abitazione è circondata dal verde in una splendida e caratteristica frazione di Cortina. La signora Fabia sa mettere da subito a suo agio gli ospiti con la sua disponibilità. Vacanza da replicare. Consigliatissimo!

Una mansardina piccola ma con tutti i conforts!

Siamo rimasti una settimana a casa della Signora Fabia: la casa è curatissima, pulitissima ed è fornita di tutto nonostante sia una piccola mansarda. Inoltre la vista dal balcone è strepitosa e la Signora Fabia è molto attenta ai dettagli. Speriamo di poterci tornare!

perfecte locatie!

Prima vakantiewoning om de mooiste "hikes"te maken in de omgeving van Cortina. Ook slechts 10 minuten lopen naar het centrum. Mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon.
