Fully renovated penthouse of 55 m2 with a large terrace (18 sqm), with table and hammocks and fantastic views of the Sagrada Familia. It has 2 double bedrooms and an exceptional location. A few meters away you will also find another jewel of modernism, the Hospital de Sant Pau, opened in 1930.

It has air conditioning and free Wi-Fi connection.

The living room has a comfortable sofa with a dining area and flat-screen television. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.

Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartament.

This apartament does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park within 200 metres of the flat.

Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you should collect your key between 9.00 and 20.00 from Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a bank holiday on weekdays) the key collection point is at 228 Aribau street. The opening hours are from 09.00 to 20.00.

Please note that if you arrive later than 21:00 hours and have not completed the self check in process, there is a late check in charge of 30€. A member of our staff will be waiting for you at the apartament.

The Tourist Tax is not included in the price of the apartament. It costs 6.05€ per adult per night up to a maximum of seven nights.

The apartament does not accept group bookings or stag/hen parties.
