My friend and I were very comfortable and pleased with our accommodation. It was slightly starker than the picture, but we were still very happy with everything. The location is fabulous. Everything is easily accessible, and the host was very accommodating in getting us checked in. We would stay here

We were traveling as a family of four including two teenage boys. The moment we arrived, the property mgmt rep met us at the apartment. She showed us around the apartment and gave us plenty of recommendations for our stay. The location was perfect and we felt very safe. It was clean and spacious and we would totally stay here again.

This was not our first trip to Barcelona, in the past, we would stay at hotels. We decided to use Vrbo, and to our surprise, this host offered us a great place with a fantastic location. Right across the street was the train station that you can catch you just about anywhere. It’s not hard to figure it out. Make it your option because it’s a better way of getting around town. I love when a host takes time and pays attention to details like providing laundry detergent, toiletries, and so on. We were greeted in person when we arrived shown around the building and the apartment, that’s a classy touch. We strongly recommend this apartment, the location is excellent. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Very clean, comfortable apartment just a minute from a subway station. Good restaurants and groceries nearby and across the street from the Sant Antoni market. Good communication with host who met us in person to welcome us and show us everything in the apartment. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and property served us well. Property managers were very responsive and helpful. However, the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and need to be updated.

Hello Mark, Thanks for taking your time to write your review. We are happy to see that you overall enjoyed and liked our service. With regards to beds, we totally understand it's always a matter of taste for toughness/softness levels, but honestly do not think they need to be updated, all matresses were changed 3 years ago, so pretty new assuming that the useful live is average 10 years... The location was perfect; quiet and yet convenient to walk anywhere. The hosts were well organized and available to assist for whatever we needed. There was daily cleaning included which was fabulous. All the amenities were available; full oven, dishwasher, laundry in the apartment. It was a comfortable stay - we would definitely choose this apartment again. Thank you all!

Fine property for the price. Clean, enough bedroom and living space, but the bathroom is entirely too small. It needs to be updated as well. That was the really the only negative the block that the property sits on is not the prettiest, but it’s right in the middle of wonderful areas so it’s a trade-off. But it’s quiet, which is nice.

The apartment had everything we needed. It does need a little TLC, like new coffee maker. the front is broken. Other than that it was in a great area. Quit at night and walkable to some places. Host was always available and helpful.

Didn’t like the fake plants and cheap furniture, very low water pressure and minimal equipment in the kitchen. Company staff were efficient, check in worked well.

Not sure we can't agree with this comments, honestly :( Fake plants are a matter of taste, we accept you didn't like it :) Water pressure is always high in the apartment, we never get complaints, so sorry if occasionally when you were there average pressure was lower maybe coming from the street? We also checked the kitchen equipment and not sure what you mean? ther's everything, from dishwasher to microvawe oven, Nespresso coffee maker, cpasules, tea, kettle, toaster, Britta jar, glasses, dishes, cuttlery, pans, pots, oil, vinegar, salt,peper, knives, cutting board, and so on (did you check all drawers?) The apartment was spacious and in a nice location. The washer in the apartment didn't work and we really needed it, and they suggested to go to a laundromat instead. We didn't have time to do that, but otherwise everything was fine.

Apartment was exactly as advertised. Great communication with host, very clean and comfortable, well located, and had powerful AC! We really enjoyed our stay.
