Appartement boutique récemment rénové et entièrement équipé avec balcon français, 2 chambres doubles et 1 salle de bain complète. Ménage quotidien professionnel de 30 minutes inclus du lundi au samedi. L'appartement peut accueillir 4 personnes avec 4 lits individuels qui peuvent être réunis pour former des lits doubles king size.



Le salon/salle à manger/cuisine décloisonné offre amplement d'espace pour se détendre et se détendre après une journée en ville. La cuisine moderne est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer un repas fait maison. L'appartement est entièrement climatisé avec chauffage en hiver et dispose d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et d'une télévision connectée.

Very clean, comfortable apartment just a minute from a subway station. Good restaurants and groceries nearby and across the street from the Sant Antoni market. Good communication with host who met us in person to welcome us and show us everything in the apartment. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and property served us well. Property managers were very responsive and helpful. However, the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and need to be updated.

Hello Mark, Thanks for taking your time to write your review. We are happy to see that you overall enjoyed and liked our service. With regards to beds, we totally understand it's always a matter of taste for toughness/softness levels, but honestly do not think they need to be updated, all matresses were changed 3 years ago, so pretty new assuming that the useful live is average 10 years... The location was perfect; quiet and yet convenient to walk anywhere. The hosts were well organized and available to assist for whatever we needed. There was daily cleaning included which was fabulous. All the amenities were available; full oven, dishwasher, laundry in the apartment. It was a comfortable stay - we would definitely choose this apartment again. Thank you all!

The apartment had everything we needed. It does need a little TLC, like new coffee maker. the front is broken. Other than that it was in a great area. Quit at night and walkable to some places. Host was always available and helpful.

The apartment was spacious and in a nice location. The washer in the apartment didn't work and we really needed it, and they suggested to go to a laundromat instead. We didn't have time to do that, but otherwise everything was fine.

Didn’t like the fake plants and cheap furniture, very low water pressure and minimal equipment in the kitchen. Company staff were efficient, check in worked well.

Not sure we can't agree with this comments, honestly :( Fake plants are a matter of taste, we accept you didn't like it :) Water pressure is always high in the apartment, we never get complaints, so sorry if occasionally when you were there average pressure was lower maybe coming from the street? We also checked the kitchen equipment and not sure what you mean? ther's everything, from dishwasher to microvawe oven, Nespresso coffee maker, cpasules, tea, kettle, toaster, Britta jar, glasses, dishes, cuttlery, pans, pots, oil, vinegar, salt,peper, knives, cutting board, and so on (did you check all drawers?) Highly Recommend!!

The neighborhood of Sant Antoni is perfect. Away from crazy crowds and you felt like you were in a non touristy area. The management property was extremely helpful and responsive. Would not hesitate to stay here again!
