Belvedere is a brand new and elegant apartment characterized by a spectacular view of the Walls and Porta San Pietro. Its strategic location between the historic center, station and all city events makes it ideal for a tourist and business stay. Its large spaces, with attention to the smallest details, offer an experience of style and comfort. Relax and enjoy the comforts and unique atmosphere in which you will be immersed during your stay. The apartment is located on the second floor (no elevator) of a historic building on the main street surrounding the city walls, 300 meters from the station and 100 meters from the entrance to the historic center (Porta San Pietro).

The apartment consists of the following:
LIVING AREA: sofa bed, 65" smart TV, home automation lights, amazon alexa, coat rack, shoe rack.
KITCHEN: kitchen equipped with dining table, kitchenette with gas stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, cooking utensils, dishes, air conditioner.
DOUBLE BEDROOM: Double bed, 32" smart TV, closet, chest of drawers, small terrace, air conditioner, safe.
DOUBLE OR TWIN BEDROOM: 2 single beds or 1 double bed, 32" smart TV, air conditioner, wardrobe with led.
BATHROOM: spacious shower, sink, toilet, bidet, washer-dryer, hair dryer, amazon echo, linens and toiletries with bubble bath and shampoo.
OTHER SERVICES: unlimited Wi-Fi throughout the house.
Amazon devices for listening to music, controlling LEDs and TV.
Independent heating.
Air conditioning in the two bedrooms and kitchen.

Perfect base for our break

Stayed here 4 nights, located minutes from the station and a perfect base for exploring pisa Florence lucca and Viareggio to name a few. Lovely apartment, everything was remembered, would book again, thank you
