Oceanfront Three Bedroom Condo - South Shore Villas 905

Wonderfully decorated this condo's view and amenities bring people back year after year. The master bedroom has a king bed and is directly oceanfront (with access to the balcony). It also has direct access to the private master bathroom. The second bedroom has two double beds and direct access to a private bathroom. The third bedroom has a king bed and located beside the hall bathroom The living room is also directly oceanfront with access to the balcony.

The unit does not allow smoking on balconies nor in the condo. The property does do not allow pets. Service animals must be registered and approved by the HOA prior to arrival.

All condos rent weekly (Saturday to Saturday) Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend every year. Linen and towels are included on weekly and daily rentals.

***THE HOA HAS NOTIFIED US ON SEPTEMBER 17TH 2025 THAT:

The Spa will be closed starting Monday, September 29th through Wednesday, October 9th.

The indoor pool will be closed Tuesday, September 30th through Wednesday, October 9th.

Both the Spa and the Indoor Pool are scheduled to re-open on Friday, October 10th***

This was one of the most clean places we have ever stayed. From the actual condo, to the parking deck, to the pool area, all of it. The condo was super spacious and we loved every minute of our time there.

Nice place for a vacation

Nice place to stay. Unit was nice size Kitchen was well stocked Easy access to beach Kitchen counters and table were a little sticky. I came with cleaning supplies and wiped the counters and table myself.

A Beautiful Ocean Front Condo

The Condo was very well kept. The towels need to be upgraded as the were a bit old. Otherwise it was a beautiful spot. We got lots of sun rise pictures over the ocean. If we were to go back we would try to get the same unit.

Just What We Expected

Our whole family spent a wonderful week in this lovely condo. The noise was at a minimum, which at some others it was an issue. The parking garage made it nice for unloading and loading (especially if a rain sneaks up on you). There were nine of us in total and there was plenty of room for all. The condo was nicely equipped with everything that we needed. The grandkids enjoyed their stay. Something for each of them. One enjoyed the ocean the most, one split the time between the surf and the pools and the littlest one enjoyed the pools especially the 1ft one. I have no reservations of referring this unit to anyone that is going to NMB.

Perfect quiet vacation

Everything went well. Very quiet and ample parking right I. The building g. Ample carts no wait ekevator. Pool was cold but there was a little lazy river with the same temp as I four pool. The beach was perfect and the view spectacular. We had so much too. To spread out everyone had a room. It was the perfect vacation for Fall. We just loved it. Wet comfortable beds .

Relaxing and more

Wonderful condo and everything that we needed was there...lots of space and very relaxing. Beautiful views of the ocean every day and at night from the deck. Very quiet and everything was close by.... you were able to you just enjoy yourself relax or eat out if you wanted or just drink coffee as the sun came up in morning! Or have a cocktail after a long relaxing day on the beach!! The staff at North Shore Realty were great.... Thank you for sharing your place at the beach with us....can't wait to return!

Not happy!!

First of all the unit was not as clean as it could have been, And I am very upset that I lost my deposit because of a broken chair that was broken when we got there. I’ve used vrbo several times in the past and never had any problems. I’m very dissapointed

The security staff are disrespectful bullies. With that said, the condo was very comfortable and a bit dated. Cleaning crew definitely needs retraining.

Nice family vacation spot

We loved the location and closeness to beach. The unit was spacious and beds comfortable and the showers/bath worked great with hot water and nice flow. The pools were also nice and spacious. The carpet really needs to be replaced with tile or hardwood but overall it was a nice condo. The cleaning could have been better but I understand the labor shortage so for what they have, it was ok. We would recommend this place to any family or friends wanting a nice getaway.

Absolutely Beautiful

We love North Myrtle Beach and have vacationed here for more than 15 years. This was our first visit to South Shore Villas but it certainly will not be our last. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and quick to answer any questions that I had prior or during the trip. Our condo was gorgeous and spotless! As someone who is medically fragile, I appreciate how clean the condo was when we arrived. Thank y’all for sharing your home with us! We can’t wait until next year to come back again!

Condo review

Loved the location of the condo. It was very clean upon arrival. The decor is dated and needs to be updated. Carpet should be removed and replaced with waterproof luxury vinyl. We had an issue with a water leak under kitchen sink and within 2 hours it was fixed with new faucet! Overall great vacation!

Beach vacay

Condo is older, but in excellent condition. Located oceanfront, with a very nice pool. If you don’t want to worry about what the kids are up to, this is an excellent location. Lovely good size balcony, with two tables and lots of chairs. If you want restaurants and bars in walking distance, this is not the location for you. The only faults with the condo is The commode in the master bathroom needs tightening (it rocks), and the policy regarding dishes being washed and put away before the vacationers leaves. We have rented condos too numerous to count in many different states for vacation. In each case we were asked to put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and start it before leaving. The cleaning crew put the dishes away. This may seem like a small nitpicking, but I want coffee in the morning, I have to load my car to be out by 10, clean out the fridge, and then wash, dry and put away the dishes! What does the cleaning staff do other than change the beds and towels??? I would expect more out of the required cleaning charge.

We absolutely loved the property. When we arrived we notice that the carpet showed alot of soiled traffic so we contacted the rental property agent and they immediately had someone come out and clean our carpet. As a result of that we knew that the carpet was cleaned and sanitized. There was a party of 4 of us and the pools and cleanliness of the property was very very good. We will definitely come back. Additionally we were very pleased that for the entire week the weather was perfect!

Very nice property

This condo is large, nicely appointed, and comfortable. Our only complaint was the bath towels. We joked that they were bought at the Dollar Store. Kitchen was a bit sparse. Beautiful view of the beach. Pools were very nice. Would stay again, but would bring our own towels!

Great place !!!

This is a wonderful place to stay. We stay here during Jan., Feb., and March and have always been very comfortable here. Everything about this unit is good, well kept and clean....nice furnishings and decor. We love the hot tub and indoor pool. Would recommend this unit to anyone who likes to stay in a nice place.
