The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a quiet residence in Milan 2, a green neighborhood with walking and cycling paths ideal for those who love the outdoors.

Recently renovated in a modern style, the apartment offers spacious and bright spaces. The living room, with an open kitchen and a central island, is perfect for cooking and relaxing, with direct access to a long balcony.

The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with a large walk-in closet and a modern bathroom with a particularly spacious shower.

The living room features two low sofa beds, suitable for children or teenagers (not adults). If children or teenagers use the apartment, there is a supplement of €15 per night for each guest, payable at the time of booking.

The apartment is fully equipped for short or extended stays, offering everything you need for complete comfort.

The location is strategic: just 300 meters from San Raffaele Hospital and about a 15-minute drive from Milan Linate Airport.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

For check in after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows:

Milano2 is located in the municipality of Segrate, in the eastern part of Milan, near the ring road junctions and just a few kilometers from Linate Airport.

The neighborhood was created to provide a quiet and safe residential area, with large green spaces, pedestrian paths, bicycle lanes, and roads. The latter are located below the urban level to limit traffic impact on the neighborhood.



Public transportation (bus 925) takes you to Milan in just a few minutes, and bus 923 takes you to Segrate and Linate Airport.



Bordering the northern part of the neighborhood is the San Raffaele Hospital, a center of clinical and scientific excellence as well as a center for higher education and university studies.



The neighborhood develops along a central axis near which are located the 28 condominiums, the shops, the post office, the hotel, the church, the schools, the Sporting Club, the playgrounds, the sports field, the basketball court and the roller skating rink.
