Rose Cottage is part of Woodcombe Lodges, a family-owned business offering 4-star self-catering accommodation. There are 8 self-catering cottages on site, set in 3 acres of gardens on a peaceful lane, it's only a 5-minute drive from Minehead's shops, pubs, and restaurants, with the beach nearby.

Indoor Description Rose Cottage is a one-bedroom cottage with a double bed. The living room has a dining table and chairs, two single wing backed arm chairs with foot rests, colour television. DVD and electric display heater. The living room’s bay window overlooks a lawned area with views over to the slopes of Exmoor. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven, and toaster and is fully equipped with all utensils and crockery. The bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, toilet and hand basin and heated towel rail.
There is a laundry room on site, you will need £1 coins for the machines which the owners can supply on request at the door.
Outdoor Description Rose Cottage is part of a small complex of lodges and cottages on the edge of Minehead. There are three acres of gardens, a children’s play area, games room, putting green and laundry room where local information and a range of guided walks from our gate can be found.
All the self catering holiday cottages and lodges are well maintained and fitted to four star standards. The fully equipped laundry room is sited within 70 yards of the Lodge. The games room with table football & table tennis The putting green Children’s swing & sandpit WiFi is available free of charge. The owners live on site and are there to help with advice and assistance if required.
Parking Ample parking is available within 70 yards of the door. Electric car charging is forbidden on-site. There are two charging stations in the Alexandra Road Car Park in Minehead.
Pets Description Sorry, no pets in Rose Cottage (but they are permitted in other properties at this location).
Restricted mobility Single storey with level walk from the car park. One small step into bathroom and bedroom. The shower is over the bath this property may or may not be suitable for someone with limited mobility.
Exit in case of emergency Exit through main door or if necessary through downstairs windows.

Tesco and Morrisons supermarkets are both on the outskirts of town with long opening hours, and there are banks, a Post Office, pharmacies, and petrol stations.
Blenheim Gardens, opened in 1925, provides six acres of green space in the centre of town with a bandstand, putting green, bowling green, and a pleasant cafe. The medieval village of Dunster, with its castle, yarn market, and tea rooms, is barely two miles away. Every May, Minehead's ancient Hobby Horse tradition brings colour and music to the streets -- a centuries-old celebration of the arrival of spring that is unique to this part of Somerset.
