The villa sleeps up to 4 guests and is distributed over 2 levels. On the first floor, there is master double with en-suite shower room and direct access to a private balcony with lovely views to the mountains whilst the second bedroom, a twin with a full en-suite bathroom is on the ground floor. Both bedrooms are spacious, well-furnished and have air conditioning (on a timer). The L-shaped open plan living space is glazed in a conservatory style which offers a light and airy feel, the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and separated from the dining area with a breakfast bar whilst the lounge has comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi. Patio doors open out onto the pool terrace and an attractive garden, full of flowers and grass spaces that catches the sun all day, ideal for sunbathing on the loungers or cooling off in the private pool with corner steps and a shallow end for children. Casa Benjamin has a sister property next door called Villa Lila (sleeps 8), they share the same lovely owner and can be rented at the same time for groups of up to 12 guests who wish to holiday together but maintain their own space.
