This elegant cottage from the late 19th century, once the gardener's accommodation, is perfect for family trips or couples of friends looking for an independent home in the greenery just a few steps from the historic center and the lake.
The house has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom on the first floor; on the ground floor a living room and a kitchen.
Guests will also be able to use a portion of the garden equipped with chairs and table.
Parking on request.

Bedroom 2-two single beds (90x200).
Bathroom with shower.
The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Access for guests
Guests can use a part of the garden dedicated to them.
Parking of one car is permitted, the gate is manual.

Beautiful house in excellent location
Fantastic location in a beautiful town and only a few minutes walk from the lake for swimming and paddle boarding. Beautiful house, set in lovely garden with plenty of shade. Domenico was friendly and helpful and very quick to respond to messages. Would definitely recommend.
