Villa Chiara - Homelike Villas

Villa Chiara is located in the heart of Chianti, in the small village of Lucolena, and has a beautiful swimming pool and a terrace with panoramic view with fragrant flowers and plants typical of the area.
The edge of the pool, which overlooks a green valley of the Chianti area, is made of natural stone. The pool is set in a delightful lawned garden, where you can enjoy coolness and relaxation in the gentle Tuscan sun in summer.
Villa Chiara is finely decorated with fine accessories and bathrooms with marble finish. The living room on the ground floor has a large fireplace; the spacious and comfortable kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a first bathroom on the ground floor.
The central staircase leads to the rooms on the first floor; one of the rooms has an en-suite bathroom; the other two rooms share another bathroom. There is an additional small bedroom in the small attic, with a bathroom next to it.
The spacious outdoor areas are equipped with all the amenities for a pleasant experience in the open air: garden, swimming pool, and barbecue area.

In case of Reservation, the following CONDITIONS are accepted:
Guests are informed that they will be checked in at the Villa La Borghetta hotel and then accompanied to the villa.

Final Cleaning: € 200 per stay
Heating: based on usage

Upon request:
Pets: allowed
Additional linen change: € 150 per stay
Extra cleaning: € 25 per hour
The opening of the pool is not guaranteed during the months of October to May.
