ABOUT THE HOUSE This two-story waterfront vacation home offers a well-equipped kitchen with a gas range. Make a favorite recipe and savor family meals at the bar with seating for four. Sit and chat in the sunny living area with sleeper sofa and plush love seat, or watch a movie on the 32” flat screen TV. Look out at the water from your spot on the couch, or view it up close on a covered balcony with gas grill. A half bath is just off the living area. A patio table with four chairs is a lovely place to dine al fresco. After dinner, descend the stairs to the backyard and dock area, and sip evening cocktails around two additional tables with bench seating. On the second floor, the master bedroom features a queen-size bed, 19” TV, a mirrored closet, and a quiet workspace that’s perfect for catching up on emails. Step through sliding glass doors to a private master balcony with seating for two. The second bedroom has two twin beds and chest of drawers. An elegant wall mirror is ideal for getting ready in the morning.
