Additional Information

The property features two pools, one indoor and one outdoor. The
outdoor pool will be closed for the winter season from 1st November to
31st March, due to weather conditions. The indoor pool will be
available during the winter season. The indoor pool at Villa Padima is
heated to *28 degrees Celsius. There are no extras to pay. The
municipality of Sicili has implemented a tourist tax.The tax amount is
set at 1,5 Euros per person, per night, for 7 consequential nights .
Children under 12 years of age are exempt from this tax. This is paid
upon arrival to the local agent.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

The villa was clean but needed some updating the swimming pool were really old in and out needed upgrading the road was really bad to get to the villa really nice owners lovely view and relaxing just needed updating and lots of lizards in the property had to kill lots my kids were really scared didn’t sleep at night.

Quiet and Peaceful Time at Villa Padima

We enjoyed our time at Villa Padima. It was a little hard to find at first but Angelo, the property manager, was there when we arrived. There was a bit of a language barrier as we do not speak Italian well but he left and came back shortly with his niece who helped translate. They gave us a tour around the property and showed us how to work the pools, laundry, etc. Everything was clean and in working order. The views to the sea are incredible. The location provided a great launch point for exploring the nearby towns of Modica, Ragusa, and Scicli as well as all the southern coast beaches.

Maison isolée dans les hauteurs. Deux piscines agréables. Néanmoins, qui manque d'entretien et d'équipement. Beaucoup de choses à l'économie et c'est dommage vu le prix .. (tres peu de vaisselle, pas de pastille vaisselle ni lessive à linge meme pour une machine à l'arrivée, un vieux balais, pas de poubelle dans toutes les sdb, etc.). Manque de standing globalement. Les photos subliment trop la réalité. Service cependant réactif et gentil. Tout
