We had a lovely time – relaxing and cosy, completely immersed in nature. It is nicely secluded away from other buildings. We returned home fully rejuvenated. The shepherd's hut is as beautiful in real life as in the photos, but with plenty of space, a big bed, fridge, hot shower and flushing toilet. The hot tub outside was a godsend when returning from walks and bike rides. We had a wonderful meal nearby at the Candlelight Inn and can also recommend the local York Inn and Sidmouth Arms.
