What You’ll Enjoy at Villa Calangute Phase 1 & 2 -10BHK
→Phase 1 is a 4BHK and Phase 2 is a 6BHK just 2 min walk (200m) from Calangute Beach.
→ 2 AC living room & 10 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms
→ 6 king-size beds & 6 single beds (can be joined on request), one bedroom with triple occupancy.
→ Private swimming pool (9x5m) + kids’ pool & seahorse showers
→ Sports & Games: pool table, table tennis, and carrom board
→ Daily Housekeeping for 4 hours
→ Free high-speed WiFi (100–150 Mbps)
→ Kitchen for self-cooking + option to hire a private chef
→ Private Parking for 2 cars + 24/7 security & power backup
→ For stays of 3 nights or less, no replacement of linen or towels
→ Optional daily change of linens/towels available (₹400 per room/day)

Guests have full access to the villa. We do not give the premises to more than one party at a time so you have exclusive use of the villa and private pool.

→ We can host 31 guests in 10AC bedrooms
→ The base price includes 20 guests / 10 bedrooms.
→ Extra guests above 20: INR 1,000/person/night (floor mattress), INR 2,000/person/night during peak season, plus GST.

→ No large DJ speakers permitted
→ Music outdoors only between 9am–9pm (below 55db, by court order). Strictly no fireworks or outdoor music after 9pm
→ Hosting events (e.g., weddings, anniversaries, DJ nights, or similar) requires prior government approvals. Kindly contact us in advance for guidance and assistance.
→ Valuables & personal belongings - The management cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. Please use the digital locker & secure all doors/windows.
→ No large/mini buses or Tempo Travellers allowed inside. council parking available nearby
→ Any damages must be settled with the on-site manager
→ Pool hours: 8am – 8pm only
→ Outsourced chefs must be accompanied by their own dishwashing and service staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
