The town offers a good selection of restaurants, whilst being regarded as something of a haven for antique hunters. For those who prefer outdoor pursuits, Carsington Water is one of the country's premier watersports centres, offering excellent sailing and a host of other activities including walking, bird watching, cycling and bridleways, whilst Alton Towers is just 25 minutes away!
