There is a washing machine under the stairs. The bedrooms are on the ground-floor, both with TVs, and consist of a king-size and a queen-size, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed front patio with furniture and fire pit, plus off-road parking for one car on the drive and one car in the community centre car park. Within 3.5 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub and a lake, and please note this is a smoke-free and pet-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Hulland Ward is made up from a number of smaller hamlets including Hulland Moss, Hulland Upper, Nether Biggin and Hulland Village and is comprised of a scattering of traditional brick-built cottages, old farmhouses and barn conversions, surrounded by beautiful rolling countryside and offering a number of country pubs renowned locally for excellent service and fine cuisine. Nearby Ashbourne is the perfect example of an English market town, boasting an eccentric street plan, narrow, cobbled alleys, old market stalls and many fine coaching inns.
