Our newly furnished and high-quality apartment with garden and terrace offers the ideal retreat for your unforgettable stay in the Austrian Alps. The Stubaital is not only known for its breathtaking mountains, but also for its variety of outdoor activities that are sure to result in an incomparable experience.

The impressive peaks of the Stubaital are perfect for going hiking, mountaineering and mountain biking and allow you to enjoy the beauty of nature to the fullest. In winter you can look forward to unlimited skiing on the Stubai Glacier, the family-friendly atmosphere at the Schlick 2000 ski centre or the beginner-friendly Serlesbahnen ski area - there truly is something for everyone.

Our apartments are in a fantastic location, just a few minutes' walk from the ski lift and the charming town centre of Neustift. After an eventful day in the mountains, you can relax in our cosy apartment, which can accommodate up to 4 people. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, while a cosy double bed awaits you in the bedroom.

Enjoy the amenities and homely atmosphere of our apartment, from which you can fully appreciate not only the stunning natural surroundings but also local hospitality.

Die Wohnung war schön, sauber und gemütlich. Kleinigkeiten wie Mülleimer im Bad, ein Besen oder Staubsauger, etc. haben uns gefehlt. Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas komisch. Eigentlich hat jede Wohnung einen nummerierten Parkplatz, aber sämtliche Fahrzeuge werden geparkt, wo gerade frei ist. Hätten wir nicht zufällig eine Servicekraft im Haus gesprochen, die zur Reinigung vor Ort war, hätten wir nicht gewusst, dass man sich einfach irgendwo hinstellen soll.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, die Wohnung war gepflegt und sauber und war grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet. Der Check in war super einfach, der Vor Ort Kontakt war auch gut zu erreichen. Es gab ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die noch hätten besser sein können: als „Gartenmöbel“ standen uns nur ein kleiner (30cm x 30cm) Tisch und ein Stuhl zur Verfügung und das Gras war schon recht hoch gewachsen. Auch konnte man im Bad außer in der Dusche selber keine Handtücher aufhängen. Mit zwei Personen gerade okay, bei mehr unpraktisch. Das hat jetzt alles nicht groß gestört, lässt uns aber deswegen „nur“ 4 Sterne geben und keine 5. Alles in allem würden wir wieder kommen!
