Property was nice. Perfect distance to the ocean. We were a family of 11 and had plenty of room. We would rent again in the future.

House was beautiful and very clean. Only real issue was the elevator was broke upon arrival. Was traveling with recent knee surgery patient and 2 elder adults and needed the elevator. Unfortunately it was still broken upon departure.

This home was one of the best we've rented. Beautifully decorated and very accommodating for all 9 of us. The property management was very responsive. When the toaster quit working, they delivered a new one the same day. We had one of our best reunions ever.

Nice property and good location. Communication with the property managers was horrible. The elevator was not working when we arrived and could not be repaired during our stay. We were not notified of the problem prior to our arrival despite it being a known issue. This was a major challenge as we had elderly family members staying with us who had to navigate several flights of stairs.

Vacation 6 Terra Bella Trace

Family vacation was excellent. The trip was our second year at Terra Bella. The house was perfect for our family, beach was great and other outside needs were close by. The management staff was great, responding to our needs very quickly, highly recommend this location.

Great house, close to beach!!

We had a great time!! Loved the place! Great for a large family or group. Clean but wish more basics could be provided (paper towels, laundry detergent, garbages bags, spices, a dishwasher pod 1 per day)

Amazing Stay!!

My family and I stayed for a week vacation and everything was absolutely amazing! The property was very clean, well stocked, and in a great location. Access to the beach was front in front of the house and there was a place to rinse off before getting into the pool or going back into the house. We loved that all the rooms had king beds and large bathrooms. We would highly recommend this property for anyone staying in the area!

Family vacation

Very nice house, close to the beach, it would have been nice to have instructions on how to work the Tv, it took us a while to figure it out. We really enjoyed our stay though.

The Host was outstanding. Very helpful. The amenities were nice, however, somewhat inaccessible. The fireplace and the pool were not available to us without additional fees.

Vacation

This house was just PERFECT it's brand new and right on the beach and the rental company answered all questions we had and made the booking process really easy. We would absolutely recommend to others!

April 2018 Stay

Have always had great experiences with Vacation Homes of Hilton Head! This house is spectacular!! Here for our tennis championship with 10 ladies & 3 husbands - accommodations are outstanding for the singles & the couples. Location, decor, everything is fabulous!!

What an absolutely beautiful home right on a gorgeous beach. We couldn't have found a better location. The house was well appointed with everything we needed (minus a broom - we could have used one). Everything was so convenient for everyone from my 83 year old mom to my 4 grandsons all under age 4. The Vacation club was so helpful with getting set up with activities and rental equipment. The one negative of this property is the pool - there is not a safety fence surrounding the pool and it is literally right out of the sliding door. Also there is no rail to get in and out of the pool for people who need more help. The second floor sleeping area would be great for teens, unfortunately it didn't work for toddlers. The location is close to shopping, groceries and ice cream. Well within biking distance. We hate to say goodbye - we look forward to returning.

Stunning beach home

We have been going to Hilton Head for many many years and this house was one of our favorites. The home is gorgeously decorated with stunning views from every window. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the easy access to the beach made this house all the more perfect. Can’t wait for our next visit.
