Absolutely Fabulous

We so enjoyed our stay at this fabulous apartment. What is there not to like? Truly, the pictures do not justify the place. It is super comfy, cozy and spacious enough for 4 people. The terrace with full seaview is magnificent. What a treat to have your morning coffee here and watch the Sunrise over our beloved Mediterranean. The apartment is super clean, tastefully decorated and located in the heart of the old center – so within walking distance from grocery stores, market, public transportation, restaurants, cafés and of course the fantastic beach (less than 5 min walk). Everything you need is provided: towels, shampoo, beach furniture, shopping trolleys. Very thought out. The hosts renovated this large building beautifully – and it is divided in a various-sized units. So perfect if your group is bigger. As much as we love kids, we do appreciate the host’s choice to rent exclusively to adults. Surely we will be back. Thank you again for this memorable stay.

What a delight!! The VRBO description provided is 'spot on'! Our return visit to Villajoyosa was enhanced by this well appointed, charming space literally in the heart of the old town, Casco Antiguo, where the 1300 century fortified walls are on one side and a car-less walkway is on the other, ensuring a quiet and restful stay. The provided kitchen amenities are more than ample, enabling guests to either choose a take away, local Spanish restaurant (tapas) (one is within a minute from your door) or dine in style on your terrace literally overlooking the blue of the Mediterranean waterfront. For the beach, you are 5 minutes away, with beach chairs and paraphernalia provided. Laundry facilities provided as well. As a senior, retired active couple from Canada, who have enjoyed all that the small city of Villajoyosa has - hiking, walking, shops, cheap-clean tramway system connecting Alicante to Denia - is all a plus!! There is a feeling of strong connections that are readily seen on a daily basis in this community. And then, to top is all off, we have Giselle and Errol - who are at the ready to suggest, inform, aid and help when needed. We heartily suggest - that if this style of vacation/getaway describes what you are looking for, just do it !

The apartment was exactly as described in a great location with a lovely view from the great terrace. Everything you need in a spacious really well equipped apartment, however we had a small issue after we checked in which was dealt with brilliantly by Giselle who went over and above to help us. We would definitely recommend a stay at this lovely apartment.
