All on one level, it features two spacious bedrooms and a terrace on each side of the house, ensuring you can always find a sunny spot. Within the holiday village, you will also find a seasonal restaurant and a small shop for essentials, such as fresh bread in the morning. Some of Ebeltoft’s best sandy beaches are located just 700 metres from the house, making it ideal for relaxing beach days. Please note: the property is not rented out to youth groups. On-site activities are available for a small fee: table tennis (DKK 20 per hour), badminton (DKK 40 per hour), tennis (DKK 60 per hour), padel tennis (DKK 100 per hour), and access to the swimming pool for the entire household for one day (DKK 60).A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
