The house has air conditioning in all bedrooms and has central heating at an extra cost if necessary. The house has been completely renovated with high quality materials, the owners have wisely chosen the interior and exterior furniture, the modern style with the traditional without forgetting maximum comfort. The kitchen is modern and functional and has all the facilities. In the outdoor area there is a second summer kitchen with barbecue, a covered terrace with elegant sofas and a second relaxation area with large sofas and sun loungers for 6 people. This property offers the possibility of car rental with airport pick-up at a very competitive price, do not hesitate to ask us!

Amazing week and Josep was so helpful and responsive to a very minor issue The villa is had everything and more than we needed which made cooking at home very easy. Brilliant BroilKing barbecue. Shops very convenient with supermarkets 10 minutes walk. 20 minute walk into Pollensa old town for lunch and retail therapy.
