The "small blue house" is a nice small holiday house of about 40 m² designed to comfortably accommodate 2 people and 1 young child.
It consists of:
- a living room with a very well equipped american kitchen (hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, kettle, fridge, freezer, senseo, ...) dining table 4 seats, the room is equipped with reversible air conditioning.
- lounge area with sofa and TV,
- a room with a double bed in 140 and a single bed in 90x180 + storage,
- a bathroom with shower, vanity unit and washing machine
- Independent toilet.
The house is embellished with a garden with a terrace with pergola equipped with a dining table, a plancha, 2 deckchairs and 1 parking to park the car
(note that the ceiling is 1.95 m high)
We offer as an option: cleaning, 50 € package and linen (price on request upon reservation)
Its location:
Located in Andernos Les Bains, the most lively municipality of the Bassin d'Arcachon Nord, the house is ideally placed to do everything by bike along the bike path that is in front of the house, a mini-market and a bakery are 500 m away, the city center is 10 minutes by bike, the prettiest beach of Andernos is 5 minutes away. The ocean beaches are 20 minutes away by car.
Cap Ferret can be reached in 30 minutes by car or by the sea shuttle from the oyster farm (see timetables)
