Matilde is an elegant apartment perfect for 4 guests but can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of:

- A living room furnished with a beautiful dining table and a relaxation area composed of a sofa bed (for 2 people), coffee table, and LED TV. The ideal place to relax, utilizing the fast, free Wi-Fi.

- The kitchen, a well-organized space equipped with all the tools needed.

- There are two elegant bedrooms, one double and the other single. The single room can become a twin room thanks to the additional pull-out single bed.

- Lastly, the bathroom, with a large and modern shower box.



The apartment is on the third floor of a historical building, with an elevator.

The host was very responsive. The flat was clean and light. Window in every room but not noisy because on a side street. Taxi stand, grocery store, farmacia on one end of street, restaurants on the other end. Very close to major attractions.

Great location. There are homeless people outside the main door. Beds are comfortable but not sofa bed. Pictures are better than what it really is. No Washer, No dishwasher, no microwave.

Amazing location!

Our stay at The Matilda apartment was so great. Our AC didn’t work when we arrived and Massimo came as quickly as he could to replace the batteries and ensure it worked for us (it was 38 degrees C in Rome) I love the historical building and the location to walk everywhere. Thank you so much Massimo for your excellent communication and assistance.
