Villa Delizia is set within the 20-acre grounds of Marcellina real estate acrees, and it has its own private pools and expansive gardens. It is possible to rent the other two properties on the estate (Villa Il Tinaio e Villa Le Scuderie). so that a party of up to 37 people can comfortably stay here. Windows and gates are positioned in order to avoid any kind of privacy limitation. Villa Delizia is a beautifully renovated Tuscan farm house situated in the heart of the Chianti area, less than a kilometre via a private path from Panzano between Siena and Florence. With views of the illustrious Chianti countryside of olive trees and grape vines, it is furnished in classic Tuscan style with touches of French and Italian antiques in light, neutral tones with wood floors and exposed wooden beams. The villa gives a feeling of romance with its ancient architecture which meets the comfort and luxury of an impeccably restored house. Accommodations Villa Delizia takes its name from the paintings of women featured in its carefully selected décor and was built on four levels. From the turret of the top floor of the villa there are breath-taking views of the entire countryside with vineyards, cypresses, olive groves and blooming flora and fauna of the region. There are seven double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a sprawling living room, two sitting rooms, a dining room and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with all amenities you can imagine.

Second Floor

You access the main entrance hall through the garden which leads to two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one with a shower and then other with a bathtub. On the same level you’ll find the master bedroom with a large Jacuzzi bathtub and en suite bathroom. In addition, there is a large kitchen featuring a seven burner stove and double oven with French doors leading to a patio and outdoor dining area large enough to accommodate all guests. Lower floor The lower floor is reached by a small flight of stairs leading to the perfectly lit, panoramic indoor heated pool complete with a bar and a sitting room. On this level there is also a double bedroom and private bathroom with shower with an independent access from the garden.

Third Floor

The access to the third level is from the garden and indoor through the steps. There we have a large refined living area which is divided into three large parts: 2 living areas are furnished with sofas and a fireplace, the third one is featured by a sofa, a table and small electric stove with a fridge for a quick snack. All the living room faces with French windows onto the garden and the valley. A fifth and a sixth bedrooms are on this level, each room has en-suite bath with shower.

Fourth Floor From the entrance hall coming up through a short staircase you’ll lead the 4th level where is a small living room and then you’ll come up in the turret where is the last en-suite (with shower) double bedroom where you can enjoy a wonderful view.
