Villa Tre Querce est une élégante villa située dans les bois, à seulement 3 km du centre-ville de Sienne.

Des chênes (d'où le nom), des fraises généreuses, la villa est discrètement située sous la piscine panoramique.
La villa, datant des années 70 mais récemment rénovée avec un mobilier toscan moderne et traditionnel, est l'endroit idéal pour les réunions de famille et d'amis grâce à ses nombreuses chambres et espaces de vie, à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur.
La Villa, sa structure, le mobilier précis et élégant sont des éléments qui déterminent une place particulière.
Le grand parc offre plusieurs zones de détente en plein air.
Dans la cuisine, ils sont petits et grands.
La villa développe sur 3 étages et offre 5 chambres doubles, idéales pour vos adolescents, mais aussi comme salon supplémentaire. Avec 6 chambres et 6 salles de bains, plus une salle de bains, la maison peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes dans des canapés-lits totalement confortables. La maison dispose également de 2 lits pour vos jeunes enfants.

La cuisine est un autre véritable délice de cette maison, conçue pour les cuisiniers enthousiastes. Il est grand, entièrement équipé avec toutes sortes d'articles, deux fours, deux lave-vaisselle et un réfrigérateur à double porte. Il est directement relié à la salle à manger extérieure, ce qui le rend facile à cuisiner et à servir.
La maison dispose de deux salons confortables, l'un au rez-de-chaussée. Vues sur les collines environnantes Cette chambre est un salon d'hiver.

Fantastic place to have a holiday- Pizza & Pasta night fabulous too!

The owners are friendly and incredibly helpful. They helped book a wonderful family meal (10 adults, 3 children) in a local restaurant...we even got escorted to the location so we did not get lost.

Best Birthday Ever

We stayed here to celebrate my 30th birthday with 10 adults and 2 babies. The house and property is even better than the pictures and we absolutely loved it. The owner is a gem and was super helpful, too! This house has everything and more, was super clean and has a great Location. Next time we will stay longer!

Awesome Tuscan property

We just finished a 2 week stay at this villa in Siena and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the entire experience! Manlio is a gracious host and his pizza/karaoke night was one of the highlights of our trip. We had 11 people staying in this property and we never felt crowded. It’s an ideal location to visit surrounding areas in day trips. You won’t be disappointed if you book this villa!

Paradise in Tuscany

Villa 3 Querce is a little bit of heaven on earth. From the moment you arrive you are swipe away to a calm and tranquil space. The owner, Manlio, is so very friendly and helpful. You could not find a more gracious host. My whole family was completely over joyed with this property.

Great spot for larger groups

We were a group of 10, there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The property is well kept and clean. We had a pizza night with Manilo, this was a great experience. He cooked pizza in his brick oven, there was wine, beer and music. I would recommend this place to anyone. The setting was beautiful, the views were amazing and owners great to deal with.

This is a lovely property. The Villa sits within a lovely grounds. The house is elegantly furnished and well laid out.The kitchen has everything needed to cook small or large meals. Manlio the"house manager" served an excellent pasta dinner the evening of our arrival. You will not be disappointed

Fabulous Villa!

We spent a week at this lovely villa after a week on the Amalfi coast and loved every minute of it. The location was perfect for day trips to Siena, San Gimignano, Montereggioni and Florence. The pool was perfect for afternoon swims! We cooked outside on the wood-fired grill most evenings which was one of our favorite things to do and had a pizza party with Manilo one night which was also a highlight! Francesca was so kind and helpful with recommendations and rides! I do hope we can come back soon! ♥️

Fabulous stay!

From the welcoming start, our vacation stay at Villa Tre Querce was incredible!! The owner Manilo was so kind and hospitable. The villa is beautiful and spacious. It had all that we needed and more for our stay. The property is beautiful and the pool was extremely welcoming, as we hit a very hot week when we stayed. Chiara was kind and prompt on any questions we had leading up to our stay. Manilo is a fabulous cook and prepared two great meals for us during our visit. We will never forget our stay at this beautiful villa, but most importantly the kind people we met. Thanks again for opening your home up for our stay in such a beautiful area of Tuscany...

Better than the photos

This villa exceeds expectations. Seven adults stayed the last week of May, and we enjoyed the beautifully manicured grounds, splendid gardens, and lovely home. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all. Mario (owner) was helpful and accommodating. The view from the back veranda was sensational; we had all of our. meals out there, as well as some naps. We took several day trips to other Tuscan towns,and the location of the property was good for that. Highly recommend.

Perfect spot for a group vacation

My husband and I came for two weeks to celebrate his birthday, and we invited all our closest friends to join at different times during the two weeks. It was perfect - right amount of space, outdoor dining, the pool, the view. Everyone had a great time. We worked with Best of Mas to arrange for daily breakfast/dinner and cleaning, and it was delicious local food (including changes for food allergies). They were very flexible with our requests, though I won’t be specific to avoid creating an obligation. The home owner was responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful house just outside Siena

We rented this wonderful house for 2 weeks in May. The owners, Manlio and Chiara, are incredibly nice. The house is beautiful, spacious, and has everything you will need. 5-10 minutes from Siena, yet very secluded. The house has 5 large bedrooms on 2 levels, many bathrooms, a great kitchen, dining room, living room. exercise room and bonus room downstairs. The grounds are beautiful and there is an outdoor pizza oven and wood grill. Very convenient to Chianti region. If you are looking for a family rental, this house is fantastic.

Best location in Tuscany and beautiful indoor and outdoor living. Perfect for our group of 13!

Our week at the villa was spectacular. The location allowed us to visit Siena several times, Montalcino, Pienza, Lucca, Florence, San Gimignano and many other beautiful Tuscan towns and vineyards. Every evening we cooked in the wonderful kitchen and had access to the brick oven for pizza and the bbq for grilling. Happy hour was always by the pool and the back patio was a perfect spot for evening gatherings. Manlio was a gracious host and went above and beyond for my family when we needed it. Ask him to join you for dinner and he will cook a delicious meal! We had the most wonderful time and I would recommend the villa to any group.

A great place to stay!

Dear Chiara and Manlio, we stayed with 2 families in your beautiful villa Tre Querce. We enjoyed this place very much, a lovely and fine decorated house with a great porch, well maintained garden, nice kitchen, swimmingpool and BBQ place. We used it all! You have a unique location in the Chianti area and enjoyed visiting places like Siena, Monteregionni and San Gimignano. We quickly felt at home and not only because you put the Dutch national flag outside for us which made us smile, but because you make it worthwhile for the guests. Unplanned cancellation

My family and I were planning to stay this September but circumstances changed and we are unable to go. Chiara refunded our money immediately, no questions asked and has been very gracious about our cancellation. I hope to come some time in the future and will plan a stay here again. Update to exceptional

Well we can't help but update our review. Our last night Manlio did pizza for us. It was amazing. He captivated our 5 year old, who barely ate anything other than spaghetti our whole trip but started putting olives and anchovies on the pizza with Manlio. We all had a geat time. What an amazing gift, to share your home with others and we are so grateful they did. I hope to come back and share this amazing place with more of my family and friends. An excellent week in Monteriggioni

Villa Tre Querce is an excellent villa if you are as we were a party of 9 people where each one of us, family, could enjoy a bedroom an bathroom of their own with good standard. Add to that property owner Manilo Merlo was extremley helful with all practical matters from on the arrival day drivng me to the nearest grocery store so we could have a meal in the evening and the folowing day to arranging a birthday dinner for my daughter on her 40-years birtday with local Toscany food and whine. We all loved it. Thank you Manilio!! I have no problem recommending this villa for my friends Regards Ola Thunfors and his family

Nice Villa in a beautiful surrounding

We rented Villa Tre Querce for one week with a group of 10 people. Upon our arrival we booked a traditional tuscany meal which had been prepared by Manlio our host and has been faboulus. The villa is situated close to Siena as described and the views of the surrounding countryside is stunning. The Villa itself comes with all amneties as per the given description. All the bed/bathrooms are well maintained and very cozy. Afterall the villa is a beautiful and very peacefull place to twell. Malio and his family are great hosts which helped us with every question and even gave us a lift to collect our rental car the other day. Had been a nice experience and if we are planning to come back to tuscany as a group we will always choose Villa tre querce again.

Great House Great Value

We were pleased to find the house well-appointed, well-stocked, sparkling clean and looking better than the photos. The home is spacious, with high ceilings and large rooms. A wonderful place for the family/friends get together, with several common areas, including large living room, dining room, and two outdoor sitting areas , in addition to the pool, yet arranged to provide privacy within each bedroom suite. There were even bicycles to ride around the neighborhood. In a very strategic position, very close to Siena but in the quiet of tuscan Chianti countryside. We all could not have had a better experience. Thank you so much Chiara and Manlio.

BEST GETAWAY DESTINATION IN TUSCANY

We had a great stay at this lovely property. The home was well designed and provided plenty of space for everyone. The owner Chiara and his father Manlio were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. They were very friendly, easy to work with, their recommendations from restuarents to bike rentals were spot on. The house is as lovely as it appears in the photos. There is a lovely playground at the entrance of the park. The house is very well equipped for families with children. There is a high chair, a pack and play and lots of toys. There is a toddler bed if you need. It is a beautiful six bedroom house. Everything in the house was well maintained. We plan to return.
