Downstairs the large, well equipped eat-in kitchen is flooded with light from the glass doors that open onto the garden & infinity pool. The living room with fireplace, office corner & billiards table offer further space to relax.

The double bedrooms are air conditioned and on both floors of the house: Master bedroom on the ground floor that opens onto the terrace, and two further bedrooms upstairs that share a bathroom. All are tastefully and comfortably furnished with a fresh & modern feel. Outside, the sunny patio and infinity pool have a beautiful view. The neat garden is well maintained with olive & palm trees, and mature Mediterranean shrubs. There are plenty of spaces to relax and wind-down with a chilled glass of rosé or enjoy a long meal soaking up the tranquillity and intoxicating views of the Cote D’Azur.
