A fantastic base for enjoying the many wonderful sights and sounds of Crete, Villa Forteza sleeps six and is perfect for family holidays. Boasting a fantastic elevated location, set on the cliffs overlooking Souda Bay across the Mediterranean Sea, this stunning villa is jam packed with traditional design elements that add to its charm and character. For example, this property’s exposed brickwork and ceiling beams take this property’s rustic aesthetics to new heights.
Set amongst beautifully presented lawned gardens and offering stunning sea views, this villa boasts a fantastic pool area, with plenty of space to swim, soak up the sunshine and relax and unwind. And around the pool you will find plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas to enjoy, as well as a BBQ which is perfect for facilitating all of your al fresco needs.
Inside, the property boasts two bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a balcony which is perfect for enjoying this villa’s wonderful vistas.
Enjoying a prime location, this property is just a short drive away from the historical town of Chania, and resort of Almarida and Kalyves.

Mobility statement - This villa is in a hillside location with inclines. To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide alongside 7 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 80cm wide. The terrace is uneven, and a mixture of lawn and tiles. To reach the pool area, it is necessary to use steps either externally or internally. The pool itself has ladder access. This property is on three levels. There are 17 steps to the first floor, where the bedroom door is 65cm wide, and the bathroom door is 55cm wide. La vue est incroyable, un bonheur d'aller nager dans la mer en quelques mn à pied sur la plage à côté. Les chambres sont sympas, avec plein de rangement et les lits sont confortables. La cuisine est très vieillotte, et la salle du bain du bas n'est pas agréable.
