Villa Jose Lanzarote has a great location just a 5 minute walk from the centre of Matagorda and the long sandy beaches of Lima and Matagorda. Numerous bars, restaurants and shops are only 5 minutes’ walk away. This bright, contemporary villa has an attractive pool and terrace where you can relax, unwind and enjoy the Canarian sunshine. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/ heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Jose Lanzarote has a great central location in Matagorda. Just a short 5 minute walk to the soft, sandy beach of Playa Lima, this villa is made for beach lovers! The commercial centre of Matagorda is also within a 5 minute walk. Why not browse the shops, cafes or bars, or reserve a sea view restaurant for your evening meal - there is plenty to choose from! The villa is also close to a number of other excellent beaches, including Playa Grande and Pocillos, which can be found just 10 minutes' drive away by taxi or hire car.
