Second Floor: Going upstairs, we find the elegant and bright master bedroom, with a King Size double bed, Memory Foam mattress, high quality linen to guarantee an excellent rest, two bedside tables with bajour, a spacious wardrobe for storing one's clothes, a large and elegant glass table with a comfortable ergonomic chair where one can work in complete tranquillity, and large windows that give the room brightness.
While the blue, sky-blue and white colours enrich the room, making it cosy and relaxing.
The room also has a private bathroom complete with: washbasin, toilet, bathtub, shower, Bio courtesy kit and towels.
To the right of the master bedroom is the last double bedroom, consisting of: a double bed with Memory Foam mattress and high quality linen, a mirrored wardrobe where you can store your clothes, a pretty bedside table with bajour, a bright window with blackout curtains, and a small desk with a comfortable chair where you can work in complete tranquillity.
Next to the two bedrooms is the second bathroom, complete with washbasin, toilet, a spacious shower cubicle, Bio toiletries and towels.
Third Floor: On the third and last floor of the flat, there is the beautiful and bright Living Room.
The room is enriched by an elegant and comfortable Avio-coloured sofa equipped with a sun pouf for enjoying moments of relaxation, a pretty coffee table, a bright French window with direct access to the private terrace equipped with table and chairs, a 75" HD wall-mounted television, an elegant wooden dining table for six people, and a second window that further illuminates the room.
Next to the dining table is the lovely pearl-grey kitchen, complete with all utensils, Welcome Kit and appliances such as: refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, electric hotplate, induction plate, Espresso coffee machine, and a spacious smoky-grey glass sink.

1. It is strictly forbidden to organise parties within the property, otherwise guests will have to compensate the owner for all damage caused and the penalty to be paid for breaking the rules will be 2000 £.
2. It is strictly forbidden to secretly host more people than those indicated in the booking and registered at check-in, otherwise the responsibility towards the law will be totally on the guests, and the penalty to be paid for breaking the rules will be: 2000 £.
3. It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the property, otherwise the penalty to be paid for breaking the rules will be: 200 £.
4. Loss of keys will result in a penalty to be paid equal to the value of the keys.
