This condo offers a large open plan living space with a fully equipped luxury kitchen. The condo benefits from a spacious covered porch, 2 large bedrooms with a private luxury bathroom for each bedroom. All bedrooms have the split unit air conditioner fitted. There is a communal pool and outdoor shower in the tropical garden and the apartment benefits from a parking space in front of the building.

Cars can be parked on the private parking area in front of the apartment block. Spaces are not allocated, but there are usually enough spaces available to accommodate all cars of the residents of the block.

Fair energy consumption of $15 per night (~40kWh) is included in the nightly rate. Any extra consumption will be charged separately.
