The Vecchio Marino is located at 8 minutes walk from Palau center. It is in a central position from a good few beaches, Punta Nera, Isolotto, the Bau Bau beach suitable for people with pets.

All beaches around the area have great white sand and crystal clear waters and all face the island of La Maddalena, Santo Stefano and the Palau marina.

From Vecchio Marino you get directly to the center of Palau by the road named after the complex, even the driveway is surrounded by greenery here. It is actually a very relaxing walk and it will get you to the pinewood Punta Nera, great for outdoor activities, sport and picnics with family or friends.
Inserted in the Mediterranean scrub and in the typical scents and colors of Sardinia, a splendid terraced house, located in the Vecchio Marino area, in front of the tourist port of Palau.
The living area is characterized by the large open space with living room and kitchenette and overlooking the equipped outdoor patio, which makes it possible to eat in the open air and enjoy moments of relaxation.
